The best storage place to rent from. The customer service is excellent. They go above a n d beyond to help people. I will always rent from storages them as I've never had any problems with at all since I first rented from them over 10yrs ago. The manager Penny is the best and you can always count on her to help you with anything you need and she is always respectful, caring and understanding. She's very kind but knows her boundaries as well.Thanks for many yrs of great service. .

Penny was great on the phone which is why I decided to come in. She was training another associate as well as handling two separate customers while also helping me to complete my contract. I was able to secure a unit and set up an automatic monthly payment. Penny was a great help!
It's great here! Security is good and no problems at all! Been using this storage facility over a year! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and who's is looking to store their belongings.
I’ve had my items at this storage for about 4 years. Every time I’ve gone I have had no issues with the gate, strange ppl or the facility being unkept. Which is why I have been here for so long. I just moved to a larger unit so I can access my belongings when needed. They made the move very smooth and even helped where needed. Everyone there is extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciate the staff-they do all they can to make sure your happy and you have everything you need. Pennie always goes above and beyond. She is such a lovely person. She always makes me smile. It is also conveniently located not far from 99 on Stockton Blvd.
I have two storages there and I also have family members who have storages they're very nice Penny in general they are always communicating with me and if I run into an issue Penny did everything she could to help me out I would really recommend them.
