I have always seen this place in passing. Decided to stop in and check it out. I walked in and sadly they are not doing inside dining. They've closed inside dining since the beginning of the pandemic. I was told they will be opening dining in very soon. I love to sit and eat and experience the environment. I decided, ok Let's not let this stop me from trying some great food. As I looked over the menu they only had 1 roll that was riceless. It's called crispy sushi burrito. Its crab, spicy crab and jalapeno wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. I've only tasted a deep fried roll once, and I didn't like it. So there wasnt any other rolls I was intrested in trying. I'm a bit disappointed they didn't have much of a variety of riceless rolls. I loved the environment. It was clean, with low dimed lighting, light music in the back with a full stocked cooler with varieties of adult beverages. I ended up ordering the spicy garlic edemanme. It took less than 8 mins for my "to go order" to be ready. It was less than 7 bucks for this appetizer. Not the cheapest appetizer I've ordered. I got to my car to try it my spicy garlic edemanme... Not very good at all. Not enough heat, couldnt taste the garlic. I don't like writing reviews like this but I'm not planning on coming back here even if the dining opens back up. They have a deal that I don't see at many sushi spots, all of there rolls are 50% off everyday! So if you like rolls with rice this might be a place to swing in and try. It's not that it's a horrible place, it just doesnt accommodate my particular needs.
We love this spot as it's right around the corner from my house so we can walk there. The sushi chefs have been there since the start. Last night I sent and I went in and had two rolls. A lobster roll and a crunchy roll with with avocado on top The rule name escapes me which were delicious! Also got a large sake and when we got the bill it didn't break the bank. Definitely worth a visit.
From the outside, it doesn't look like much. But the sushi.... QUALITY! I'm a big tuna lover and the tuna was fresh with beautiful color and taste. The double tuna roll is my go-to roll and I was so happy to see it on the menu. They have LOTS of sushi roll options and appetizers. Miso soup was wonderful, typically its over salted at other restraunts, not here. Atmosphere on the inside is casual and well spaced out, not crammed at all. Prices were fair, and right now they have half off prices which was a slam dunk deal. Dine-in open. Very satisfied with my experience and Angelica the waitress was spot on with her service. An empty plate wasn't on the table longer than a minute, my cup always full. I WILL be back again, surely one of my fav Redlands Sushi spots as of today!
The food here is always great super tasty the staff is courteous polite and funny. We have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. All the roles that we have tried have been delicious! Their prices are a little on the high side but ultimately they are worth it.
I've been to most of the Sushi places around the I.E. and for being local in Redlands... this is the spot that myself, my daughter and her mother only go to.Food: 5/5
I was passing by and figured I stop in for lunch. I was extremely disappointed after I got served to find out as I asked for Siracha or anytype of hot sauce to eat with my food the restauraunt did not have any. This all leads me to believe the restauraunt doesn't care for there customers enough. Would never come back. Just shows bad service on owners part. My food was ruined as well as my appetite completely. I wouldn't leave this place a 1 star.
First time customers after having been to San Bernardino's Miyagi's several times, and Riverside's Joe's. Exellent menu/variety, 50% off for all rolls currently a/o June '22 and nice seating arrangements. Service was fast and on point. If anything, we were surprised it wasn't busier! Definitely coming back. edit 7/22 We have been back 3 times, excellent each time.
This hidden little gem is certainly to die for. The place is clean, relaxing and charming. The staff are very sweet, kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We had a seat at the bar so we were able to watch the sushi chefs make everything. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and reasonable prices. Unfortunately we got there a little too late for the "all you can eat" but half the menu was 50% off! So that definitely was great. The sushi chef was fast, efficient, friendly and funny. I will be visiting them again soon to add them on my "Hidden Gem tour of Inland Empire" blog
Love this place!! Friendly and helpful staff and really good sushi. I really love the super sushi roll I highly recommend it!
I love the atrentiness and friendliness of staff! That's very refreshing. The rolls are large and of great quality. Some of the best sushi I've had in California!
