Paid to wash my truck pulled in door shut wouldn't start wash. Luckly the exit door opened & let us out. Went in station to report it & got my money back.

Couldn't get the dang machine to take my card, called the number listed for problems... no answer... Do I left. Will wash my car another day. Usually I'm good with technology but this one won... I'll try a different car wash next time.
First place I visit each trip to Vandalia to wash the bugs off my car. Great high pressure wand, very fair prices for car wash. Don't use the credit card feature at wash, it charged my card but car wash would not activate. Use cash.
If you buy an $8 car wash, your card should be charged $8, period. Not $10 with promises to fix it later. Get a machine that charges the correct amount for each wash and be done with it. You are ruining your reputation by being cheap on the card machine!!!!
Great car wash. Well maintained and plenty of bays to wash and vacuum or you can take your car through either of the 2 automatic washes.
Great carwash.!!I have used this chain for years.lots are always clean and the bins always have worked.plus they usually have air and vacuumed wich is great with kids in the car on road trips
Paid $8 for an automatic car wash that was useless. I could have pissed on it harder. Wasted $8
Couldn't agree more with previous posters. Their card machine to pay needs to be replaced with one that works correctly.
