I love how Very Clean the store is they also have a Restroom it's a quarter but it is also clean. They have 2 vending machine one for soap and one for snacks and drinks and a massage chair 5min for a $1. 2 TV to watch new. The prices are very reasonable, the attendees are very helpful definitely love the remodel
So my washer at home breaks. Had my big coat for work in it. So I took it here. Welded up at 8:37pm. Was locked. Lady came to door said last load at 8:30. Online says 10pm. It's not posted anywhere. I dont recommend this plaxe.
Washed here for the past few years, but lately the owner and worker have gotten rude. There was once a mess and acted like I was the one who did it. Saw the owner guy yell and be so rude to a customer when water was spilling out of a washer. We are paying to use the machines, be more appreciative.
I love it there it's clean it's modern they're there to help you if you have a problem The machines are really good they have probably the biggest machine I've ever seen I go there all the time I give it more than five stars I gave it 20
The dude keeps the laundry mat really clean. They have all the supplies you need to wash with fair prices. Snacks are on point and if you have kids they have sticker machines and toy machines and the best part is the massage chair
Closes s. Super early like 8Pm. That's a bummer and the janitor cleaning Lady is very rude no customer service skills especially with the consumer.... Well. There is always down the block new Management on the corner of rosemead and slauson right next to the the donut shop and then weekends
I have been coming here for year's is always been good service wise the ladys do there best but at times maria tends to be very difficult to talk to and this morning i walking in and ask about me having a card that wasn't working and i need to add money to wash she precede to tell me that i need to buy one i dont think is fair that if you have a existing card you need to pay for a new one also notice that the costumers have to look all around to try to find help and is only when you point to them that the service lady's are in the office to knock twice because there all the way in the back thats when they get help .
When I was a kid my parents used to take me here and they had street fighters and arcade games but now they have vending machines and I don't know if they still have the arcade games or I haven't search around enough but besides that the price is reasonable for washing and drying your clothes
Best place to wash. I drive from Monrovia to pico rivera just to wash there very clean
The new management has done a great job. The machines are industrial quality. And they have a good back massage chair that you can sit in for as little as a dollar for 5 minutes of total bliss.
