Codie on Odana Rd in Madison is THE best!!  Willing to cut dry to be sure the cut will be perfect according to my style.  Expert with hair color to achieve exactly what I wanted for gray coverage.  Helpful expert ideas but also listens patiently to what I prefer.  Delightful personality and a real pro.  Better cut and color than I have paid twice as much for at "fancy" salons. I recently got a haircut here and I couldn't be happier with the results. Codie listened carefully to my preferences and made great suggestions on how to achieve the look I wanted. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled with the scissors.  The place itself was clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish decor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.  The haircut came out exactly as I wanted. It was precise and well-executed, and the style was easy to maintain. I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident with my new look. I was really skeptical about going here due to past experiences with hair salons like this. But Angela really knocked it out of the park! I went on Monday looking to get hair cut but they were slammed so they put us down for Tuesday at 5pm and I am so glad we went. My 6yr old son has always had a full head of hair, so getting a good haircut was very important to the both of us. I wanted him to look good and feel confident. I had a decent experience here so far but then when I booked an appointment for my wife things didn't go as expected. She was on time, checked in and was told there will be a short wait. After waiting for about 20-30 mins she was told that staff were too busy too handle her appointment and she needs to come back next week or so. They blamed the online reservation system or something but at the same time this should have been communicated when she physically checked in at the location.

Disgusting customer service. They cancel the appointment if you are late by 5 minutes, but don't tell you that before you schedule the appointment. I had to drive for half an hour and was late by 5+ minutes not even 10 minutes yet they cancelled it. At least have the courtesy to let the customer know that before scheduling the appointment.

Walked in .. no customers.. stylists sitting down.. said she couldn’t give me a haircut because she had a reservation coming in .. never again will I go here or Supercuts… bad attitude….

This place used to be good. I went in for a trim, and she made a mistake on the right side. I pointed it out, and she made excuses instead of fixing it.  I won't go back.

Had my hair cut at a different place, and they really messed it up. Called Supercuts and Jessica was able to get me in next day. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and I'm really grateful she was able to fix it. She was so nice and talking to her was really fun. I have been getting haircuts here for a while and they were fine i just went and got a cut from brooke asking for 2 inches off the top. She cut 3 inches in some parts and only 1 inch in other parts.Service:&nbsp;Haircut
