Amy is amazing. Every haircut from her is stellar---I won't let anyone else touch my hair. She's awesome.
I explained what exactly I need but they do what they want not what customer needs. I asked to do exactly how my previous barber does and use scissors to make the top evenly but she takes the machine with comb and pretend doing something and it makes it uneven on both side. My hair looks like $5 haircut. I already knew that they don't spent much time on your hair and 5 minutes time, you are done and you have to pay $28 and tip to a $hitty job, waist money and time.Service: Long haircut
Amazing experience getting highlights. The color came out amazing* They used the last bit of peroxide they had on me and at first they were unsure if they could do it or not because supplies might have been out. I'm glad they could do it. The lady was nice and the lady with red hair that is short and glasses.. you can tell she loves her job Update four months later : I came in for a color and cut. We agreed on the price beforehand but she later changed the price. She said it would cost seventy nine for colored roots and then the hair blends itself out. And the haircut would cost thirty three dollars. Which last time it was thirty...so inflation prices go up I get. The color looks amazing even after she got it wrong twice. She used too much toner and dyed it blue and gray. I asked for golden blond highlights. I came at one pm and left around four lol. There was no wifi in there and I didn't bring my book with me so I was pretty bored. Later she pulled out the color pallet book and I pointed to golden brown..I changed my mind about wanting the golden blond highlights. She told me by the register that she changed the price for the haircut on short curly hair and the price for the roots coloring overall to $143 because she used glaze. And I was like BUT you didn't tell me your using glaze and it's gonna cost extra! So overall poor communication with the stylist resulted in the wrong color twice, too much time spent and too much money. Which I really don't understand their pricing system.
Outstanding. No wait time—used website appointment scheduling. Pleasant employees and my stylist was superb. I believe her name is Armenoui but I probably have misspelled her name.

I went to this place twice and got haircuts with two different ladies. Karla I think and another one. I explained how I want my hair to be done and both of them got it wrong. They also kept asking me questions that are very personal. I also didn't see any male working there. Very disappointed
If you just want a basic haircut and a fast service, this is the place to go. We made a same day appointment and in less than 15 minutes we were in and out, just for a haircut.
Karina I believe her name was. Or Karla... forgive me. Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Very polite and curtious. Also had a nice sense of fashion she looked sharp . Thank you supersets north Hollywood
Service with a smile every time. We always make an appointment and they are quick to accommodate. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly and always on time. Been there several times and will definitely go back.
I have been going to this location for many years now and today I am truly disappointed. This location used to be good. We made an appointment for 4pm today online like we're supposed to we arrived at 3:45. When we got there we were checked in and told someone would be with us. upon check in the person with the blue hair was super rude and condescending to my mom. When my mom got up to ask a question one of the hairdressers checked someone in and turned around to go back to what she was doing completely ignoring my mom. Got back to her station then asked what did you need do you have a question..... At 3:59 all of a sudden one of the two hair dressers told us one had an appointment and they requested her so she couldn't take us ok fine. Then the blue hair hairdresser says they'll just have to wait she has to go on lunch. So my real problem is why make appointment if you're not going to honer them I will never be coming back to this location. I know it wasn't that bad but they really did miss out on 3 adult hair cuts i know its not a lot. Oh well looks like it's barber hunting time. Apparently all you need to do is call the hairdressers personal phone to get line jumped and better service. That's always nice to know especially when you hear it come out of the hairdressers mouth.
