The girls that usually work there, are awesome. They do have stylists from other salons who help out and I haven’t had luck with those stylists who travel but the ones who work there all the time are amazing. Anyone who has written awful reviews is probably because they didn’t explain it right because just when I have my haircut, I hear people saying they just want their hair “shorter” and that’s the only explanation they give. I chose to write a review because people always just want to leave a review whenever they have an awful experience, not so much a great one. 5 stars for the Wayland team!
My hairdresser was delightful, however this is the worst haircut I have ever had and the worst dye job known to man. Unfortunately my eyes aren't the best and I needed to get a good look at home in my own bathroom otherwise I would have asked for the color to be removed. It's HORRIBLE The cut itself is way way way too short and uneven! I'll be wearing a baseball cap for next several weeks Family and friends are mortified
Now i have gone here a few times for the tea tree scalp massage and I have loved it everytime. However this visit not so much. The girl barely touched my scalp at all and when i asked for a little more pressure. She said ok and stayed the same. Not to mention the girl put the conditioner everywhere on my head! Its supposed to be used at the tips and ends putting it on the scalp itself makes it greasy The girl has me walk over to her chair with my hair dripping of water no towel. So finally after that horrot show i am done with her. Come as no surprise the girl was new! Not brand new but has been there less then a year. No excuse. If your afraid to touch somones head skull you need to find a new profession.
Do not recommend especially if you have little ones. Worst place ever. Do not take your kids there. My husband took our two sons ages 4 and 2 to get their haircuts and walked out pissed. The first woman who was cutting my youngest son’s hair, asked my 2 year son not to move like he was an adult. She kept complaining that he was moving to much and was very rude. He finally got so mad that he asked for another person to step in to finish the job and they still didn’t cut his hair evenly. No professional at all. Why doing this job if you hate dealing with kids.
Waited for an hour after my appointment for my haircut on a non-busy Tuesday. Employees went on break even though I was waiting
Priscilla is the best! Ask for her. On second thought, don't ask for her. She'll be too busy and have no time for me.
Friendly staff, consistently good basic haircuts I don't need much more
Got a nice haircut today. My stylist was delightful!
