If your going to have the highest price for a male haircut in town, at least do a good job. I get it’s an hour before closing your ready to go home. It’s back to school time, you’re busy. However, $22.00 for a 12 year olds haircut is kinda a lot. My sons standard fade has lines down the back of his head. I never complain in store, it’s just a haircut. He was fine with it. Two weeks it will be time for another one. I just won’t come back to Super Cuts. I’ll go across the street where I can get the same quality for $7.99 with a coupon. At least I know not to look to closely there.

Had Nikki and love her! My daughter had her very first hair cut at the age and of 6 Nikki is the only one I trust. Know her for some years and she's amazing at her craft! Wouldn't trust my hair or kids anyohair with anyone else! You want your haircut you go to this lovely woman. I know you wouldn't want to go to anyone else
This is the nicest Supercuts location I've been to, by a long shot. The wait was a bit longer than normal, but in the end I'd almost consider that a plus. They didn't rush my haircut at all, and I'd assume they weren't rushing the person in front of me either. The haircut was great, no complaints there. I suppose what really made the difference was the combination of good stylist and pleasant stylist. They were wonderful to talk to, even though I believe they were somewhat new there. Great haircut, great conversation, reasonable price.
Stylist argued with me over what I wanted done. Ended up doing what she wanted and wasn't happy. Felt very overcharged after the price was said. Over 60 dollars for what was supposed to be a hair thinning and trim!!! I can pay that amount for a WAY better salon and stylist, and mark my words, I will. Supercuts has lost mine and my family's business permanently.
Nikki did my hair and is very personable and friendly and very good at her job! She also did my hair last time and it turned out fantastic! Will definitely return.
The management at this place is a joke. My mother in-law went here to get her roots done and Cori messed it ALL up. Cori might be able to cut hair, but she CANNOT dye hair. Cori explained to my mother-in-law that she was going to do her roots and make sure that everything matched her current color which was light brown with strands of highlights and low-lights--natural looking hair because she didn't want it to be dark. Cori basically died the roots black, died the back blonde/silver, which was not even close to the current color, and then let my mother-in-law walk out of the store with wet hair, assuring her that everything was normal/okay. As you can see in these pictures, this is NOT OKAY. They refuse to refund her the money because as they've stated several times, "We can't give you a refund because we can have someone fix it." To anyone reading this, would YOU go back and let them put MORE dye on your hair after seeing this?? I sure wouldn't! I'd be going somewhere else to get it fixed, and then never going back which is exactly what's happening. Management doesn't seem bothered by this, and in my opinion, it's not right to just chalk it up to an accident and refuse to give back her money. She didn't get what she paid for, so I don't see the reason for not giving a refund. Plain and simple.
