I just happened to walk in this salon which was absolutely empty. Not one person was in a chair having anything done and simply asked the stylist if my 6 year old can get a quick haircut. Nothing fancy and she preceded to tell me they’re all booked for the evening and she had a client coming in in five minutes.  I just so happened to be sitting in my car while my daughter was having her tutoring session and not one person entered the salon in the whole hour that I was in the parking lot .  In fact the stylist came out to smoke a cigarette.  I normally don’t use Supercuts, I just so happen to be in the area, but after this experience I never will.

I just got one of my favorite haircuts here!  Annie was wonderful, helped me figure out what I wanted, and it came out great.  I’ll definitely be coming back!Services:&nbsp;Haircut

Store is closed.  Made an online appointment.  Showed up to a padlock on the door.  Never notified that they were not open

Went in for a haircut waited for about 20 minutes. Apparently had no idea what to do with long curly hair. My haircut was completed in approximately three minutes. No joke. All she did was cut the back straight across. That's it. I find that hard to believe when I haven't had a haircut in over a year. I asked her for a long LOB. People that have no idea should not be working cutting people's hair. II left her no tip, and the $17.00 I paid was way way too much. I can't believe she actually charged me for what she did. She didn't dry my hair she did absolutely nothing I can't believe it. So as a follow-up I would like to add that someone from Supercuts called me and told me a manager from the store would contact me about my haircut. It has been over a week now and I have still not been contacted. Guess they don't care all that much about their business.

Brought my 6 year old in for a cut as a co-worker said they did a great job with her son. My son is not a fan of haircuts, I asked them to be patient,they weren't they rushed through his haircut and it shows in his cut. We will be going back to his old barber.

Not sure what the dude below is talking about but I've seen them service children every time I've gone.  Each staff member was polite and has done a great job.  This is why I return and trust any of the staff to work on my hair.  I'm a regular customer ... Very satisfied.

Tried booking a haircut for today, tomorrow or Friday. The woman was so rude on the phone that I said forget about it. I am appalled at her rudeness.

Hairdresser asked all the right questions and gave me a fantastic haircut. Only suggestion is try to go during the busier times as it's a little off putting when it's just you and the hairdresser.

Terrible service they refused a service to a child........ Places like this don't deserve business, as parent I'm really offended and I guess any of you guys will be as well. I will definitely go somewhere, people rude like this don’t deserve any business from anyone, go and spend you hard earned money in a different way. Respect is everything, sorry guys but is a true.
