Terrible customer service. No one else besides the customer that's been taking care. No I didn't make an appointment, I'm a 1st Responder working at the fires, work 12 hrs shift 7 days a week. In the forest there's no phone service, no I couldn't make an appointment. My hair it's over the shoulder length, only takes 30 minutes to cut it shorter. Disappointed, will never visit another Supercut again.
I took my daughter to get a haircut at a required previously set appointment. The stylist was very friendly, and professional. It's easy to tell she knew how to deal with children. She was quick and experienced. When my daughter needs another snip I would definitely be making another appointment.
Shows open till 7pm. It's 4pm and no one answers the phone, says closed online. Stopped by 2 days ago, closed at 1, said be back at 3 but booked for rest of the day. Like to find a place that is open and accepts money from customers in exchange for a service.
I made a 6pm appointment for my kid for a hair wash and blowout for picture day, they proceeded to take her to the back, within 2 min another stylist approached me and said she did not have the time to do my daughter's hair. I asked her why and she told me they should not have booked her, that they're only doing 20 min haircuts in a rude and sarcastic tone. Needless to say I will Not be returning to Supercuts in this lifetime.
My husband always got his hair cut there last week hey went in and to get his hair cut after he came home and was checking out the cut the top was chopped on top not even at all he went back the next day he went back to see if she could even it out it was a different girl the manager was cutting hair that day which had cut his hair before he showed her the cut and she remembered cutting his hair before and when she saw the cut she said said that's like bad so she tried her best to evening it out whiteout making it look worse she did what she could but could totally even it out without cutting it so short you'd be able to to see his scalp he doesn't remember the girls name but he said he would definitely go somewhere else if she's the only one cutting hair next time he goes in
Literally give this place 0/5 if I could but I wouldn't be able to comment. I've been here 30+mins waiting for a haircut. The only person doing the haircut is taking pictures for her insta and sending them to friends on Snap as she cuts. When I came in and asked for help she said it'd be a bit before she could see me because someone had just made an online appointment and wouldn't be able to see me until about 4pm. I had enough time to go to Sally's and Target to buy stuff to color my hair because she was gonna take her time on her first customer. I came back at 3:40pm and sat down next to three men who got there after I did. This person literally took 40 mins to cut a child's hair. A little boy who already had short hair. Let that sink in. She cut off maybe half an inch from the back and sides. That's all she did. 40 MINUTES. AFTER, she turned to the other customers who got there after me and asked their names and let them know they were next. I let her know if been wait for over half an hr. She said she wouldn't be able to take me until after 4pm because she had appointments already at 4:15pm and 4:30pm. That was at 3:50pm. It is now 4pm.
I had a terrible experience the last two times i went here. I have not gone to Super Cuts for three years due to me moving out of town and I use to always go and was treated nicely by previous employers. Last month I went since moving back into town but the last two times were enough for me to never go back there! I took my one year old son with me and because he was upset and crying i was told by the hair stylist that attended us that day in an annoyed voice "If your son doesn't calm down I won't be able to cut his hair." Usually when I've gone to other places they always talk to him nicely and try to calm him down. Once it came to my turn the lady looked through my hair and i know i have bad dandruff but without being discreet she said she found a knit on my hair. Which i find it odd because i hardly go out and i have two small children that don't have lice. I ended up leaving that day and getting checked by my mom and she said i didn't have knits nor lice. I went back two weeks later in hopes that maybe the lady made a mistake and that i would be getting a haircut. Once i got attended I showed the hair stylist what I wanted but he ended up telling me that he didn't have that much pratice with the hair cut that I wanted so he said another of his co-worker with more practice of what i wanted would be doing my the hair cut i wanted so i was fine with that, only to realize it was the same person I got from my previous visit. She didn't seem to happy about seeing me there again. I showed her the hair style that i wanted, then she started looking through my hair and got a second opinion from her co-worker and once again was not discreet about it and told me she found a knit once again. I left disappointed/mad from there. That same day I went to Ashley's Hair Salon and was treated very generously and they made sure to look through my hair and was told i did not have any knits nor lice and i ended up getting a hair cut. Either the hair stylist need more practice with differentiating between dandruff and lice/knits or you guys will be losing clients.
So i was in Delano yesterday n called for a haircut. Some girl Cindy answered the phone n told me they close at 7 pm. I drove to porterville to get there at 6:45 just to hear from another girl that they couldn't cut my hair cause it was too late. Her attitude was not nice at all. Customer service o would give them a 0
