I was at this location today around 11:30 and my experience was this - the stylists at this location are very professional. I watched them deal with a very rude customer with professionalism. The lady was super mad that they were only accepting cash at this time not employees fault , she talked down to the employees and was derogatory. The employees remained calm and performed the service !  The salon smelled of lemons and appeared to be very clean. I got a wash and cut and felt like a new woman leaving - Brandi was my stylist. Will be returning.

We have had bad experiences with this particular location. I was told during my cut that my hair would only be a little shorter after it dried. When my hair dried I saw that there was more then an inch of hair gone and it was close to my ears. I said to my shoulders for length. They took off so much more then I wanted and I was devastated. We tried to give them a second chance by bringing in our son for a quick trim. There was still 30 minutes before closing and yet when we walked in we were rudely told they were closing. When we said there is still 30 minutes and he only needs a trim which takes less then 10 minutes. She then responded well I have to finish brushing her hair. Referring to a girl she was finished with. Store was empty with no one waiting. We finally asked if we could schedule an appointment and she once again was rude and said "no we're closing." We will not be returning if staff like this are in charge of haircuts and how we look.Services:&nbsp;Kids' cuts

Went back for a touch up on my brows and get them waxed, lets just say only one of the eyebrow looks good and the other one is quite short and doesnt match the other brow. Also when i went in, to ask for an eyebrow wax, the lady seemed annoyed and not wanting to do it, my boyfriend also noticed her bad attitude. She was nice during the wax but the initial customer service was not great. I really like the place and they did well the first time i went and the price point is great, i wanna go back but im afraid to get my brows messed up again, i may try again, but like ive said before, these places are 50/50 and i liked the lady i had previously

They have a new app, which allows for scheduling an appointment several days in advance. Nice update. The team here consistently does a great job. I have a couple favorites, due to my mini cowlicks - makes things complicated. They're also personable and great to talk with my daughter 9y/o and make her feel comfortable and welcomed there. At times they may be a bit short-staffed, so please be understanding and patient if this happens. They are doing their best, which is evident in the end product of their work. Thanks to the Team at STC Supercuts!

My son and I went there as a walk in yesterday, and I was able to get seated really quickly, and the women who cut my sons hair was so accommodating and patient. She made a distressing situation as positive as possible. This will be our new spot to go to! Thank you guys so much!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Never had a bad cut here, the stylists are awesome!! The owner should definitely sell the place to someone that can keep their employees happy and have their business open at the listed hours though.

Will never go back. Wanted my hair cut all one length. Ended up with some god-awful, uneven layers and the back looks all bunched up and chunky. I went here because I thought... how hard could "all one length" be?Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. She didn’t take the time to make the haircut I asked for. Very disappointed even with the beard trim.

I went there yesterday. I asked them to cut my hair straight. The lady only spent 10 minutes on my hair cut and sent me away. Didn’t even blow dry my hair. This morning i took a shower and dried my hair and saw that it’s not at all straight! A small section one one side, close to my face is an inch higher than the rest and the back of my hair is longer than front. The can’t even do a straight cut!Service:&nbsp;Long haircut

I believe my stylist was called Jaz. She was very patient with me and what I wanted. She gave me a great haircut and explained everything she was doing to my hair before and as she did it. She made my sad hair happy again and gave me a great confidence boost. I had the best experience here I also showed up earlier than I scheduled and they happily took me anyway.Services:&nbsp;Bang trim
