First time at this location and I'm leaving extremely satisfied. Daniel cut my hair and I'll be asking for him again next time. Great job.
I asked for a low fade and noticed it wasn’t coming out like it typically does so I asked the hair stylist to blend it more and this is what I was left with. I was disappointed and embarrassed when I got home and saw my hair. I was a regular but I won’t be back.
dont not use beatriz!!! she use straightening serum and cut my girlfriends how she wanted too. she did nothing like she wanted it and her hair will not hold a curl now. do not recommend at all worst hair cut she has gotten
Horrible! Horrible! customer service, the lack of organization is ridiculous. First one of the employees confirmed my appointment for 9am. I show up it turns out it is at 11:15 am. Okay I come back. Next Beatrice arrives at 11:35am and has no sense of urgency out of courtesy atleast because she's late. No, she still goes in the restroom and takes her sweet a** time! At this point I'm already like that's it I'm leaving this is ridiculous! It's now 11:50 I'm leaving and the lady is still in the restroom! Worst experience ever, a waste of time shame on them for the charging the prices they do with service like that! Please think twice before coming here.Service: Haircut
I had an appointment with Crystal this morning and she did a Fantastic job on my hair. I gave her a basic idea, following the current cut which had grown out. She talked to me the entire time as if I was the only person there. I am so very happy with my cut and with the good luck I had with Crystal. I will try to always have her to my hair for me. Rosie was excellent! Had a great experience here today. The shop was clean and organized. Checking in was easy. Rosie was personable, friendly, and efficient. I love my haircut, and I'm excited to go back and ask for Rosie specifically.
Not bad at all, I went in expecting just any haircut but then I came out feeling better than Rihanna at the Super Bowl.
The stylist was very nice and polite but she does not know how to style hair! She left my left side of my head longer than my right after asking for a drop fade. And it is very visible not like she can’t see that I have legit strands of hair on one side and a fade on the other. Will probably be my last time coming to this store after this experience nice people but horrible haircuts. The only persons who has cut my hair good is the tall lady.
This place us to be OK. Today I was planning to do haircut they refused to take me because they said they having a break and only take people by appointment this is ridiculous i wait in my car and nobody going in only this big lady's laughing and talking long breaks...those girls need to be removed from this business that's why your business is slow .....ridiculous Service: Haircut
Extremely disappointed… I cannot believe this company has such unprofessional, non friendly worker.. Bee please be kind, and smile, it’ll make someone feel comfortable. I will definitely go somewhere else for future services.
