Founded in April 1981 by John and Janet Walters, Superior Fire Protection Systems, Inc. started in the Walters’ garage in Forsyth, Illinois. Superior installs, maintains, repairs and inspects all aspects of wet and dry automatic sprinkler systems, as well as “clean agent” systems. In 1991, Superior moved to its current location at 1345 S. Elwood St. in Forsyth, Illinois. Superior has long been affiliated with Road Sprinkler Fitters Local Union #669 and St. Louis Sprinkler Fitters Local Union #268. Superior provides service to a large portion of the state of Illinois, including the Metro East area of St. Louis.
