I was able to get a great price they care about Vets. The system came after a week. The installer answered all of my questions. And the reaction from my special someone was priceless.

I purchased a basketball hoop They sent out the installers  that screwed up the install and cracked my driveway.   Nothing but a run around.  Told me they would make it right and NEVER did. After numerous calls      They told me the installers are not employees they are subs and I had to deal with them.    I asked to speak to the owner and they told me they were not available.   I told them  if I didn’t hear back I’d be forced to leave a poor review.  They responded “ we have plenty of good reviews “

I am very pleased with my experience through Superior Play Systems.  The process was quick and simple.  We received our play system shortly after placing the order.  The gentleman that installed the system was on time and spent time ensuring it was placed exactly where we wanted it.  Our son loves playing on his new playground!  It is a very sturdy design that I am sure will last many years.

Overall, we had a great experience purchasing a play set from Superior Play Systems.  From system selection to install, the communication and customer service were on point.  Our system was installed on a Tuesday and was damaged due to heavy winds on a Thursday.  The leadership team at Superior Play Systems were quick to jump on the phone with me, send a team to survey the damage the next day, and even replaced the damaged components at no cost!  It was huge of them to step up the way they did and not pull what you'd expect when weather plays a role in creating a problem which is to blame mother nature and turn their back on the problem.  I highly recommend this company and their products if you're in the market for a high quality play system backed by a company offering really solid customer service.

My husband and I have purchased two of play systems for our Grandchildren’s homes. Our Grandkids love them. SO with the pandemic we thought we would purchase one for our house. Which we paid in full.  We totally understand why the delay, BUT our delivery date has been pushed back and pushed back. When contacted for delivery it was END OF NOVEMBER. Why would I put up a play system in NOVEMBER. We asked to have delivery in APRIL. We should of been the first ones in April, but we were pushed to the END OF MAY. And now AGAIN we are pushed back two weeks. We PAID IN FULL for this play system so you have had our money for over a year and we do not have our play system. We have considered canceling and getting our money back but that is not fair to our Grand kids. Our money has worked for you but what have we gotten for it?????????? I would hope to get a response from Management on this response.

Got the basketball goal for my kids.  The ordering process was simple and easy.  The installation went smoothly.  High quality hoop and the padding was thrown in as an extra.  Would highly recommend.

I cannot say how happy we are with Superior.  We bought a really nice playset.  Two days later a tornado  took out several in our neighborhood.  Ours was destroyed.  The owner agreed to come out and repair it free of charge.  Buying local really pays off!

Very easy process when purchasing, scheduling & having the men put the swingset together. Scheduling was about 1.5 months out but it’s mid summer when i ordered, somewhat understandable. Would still recommend
