Superior Saddle Service

I had a dressage saddle made by Paul for my first horse 15 years ago. The horse passed away last year but the saddle remains, having been reflocked twice during the intervening years. I now have a new horse and trust no one but Paul to refit my saddle for my new partner.

I have gotten my saddle reflocked by Paul on two occasions for two separate horses. Both times he matched the horses back beautifully and the horses moved so much better afterwards. He is the first person I contact when it comes to saddle issues. Very grateful to him!

All I have to say about my experience with this “saddle shop” was a perfect example of poor customer service. First off the saddle did not fit my horse correctly and the customer service I got was the worst experience of my life and I did not get any sound advice on the proper fitting of my horse. Paul Selvy was so rude to me on the phone I no longer want to deal with him anymore.
