Meet Melody Thomas, a Master Herbalist, Certified Massage Therapist, Posture Alignment Specialist, Nutritional Herbologist, Certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University and Reflexologist who writes health tips, & answers your questions on herbs, nutrition & being pain free.
Melody has been educated and certified in Medical Massage, which incorporates a broad multidisciplinary model that emphasizes a more holistic approach to rehabilitation. Certifications include Myofascial release, Neuromusular Therapy, Medical Massage Therapy, Myoskeletal Therapy, Swedish Massage and Reflexology. This coupled with her degrees as a Master Herbalist and Nutritional Herbologist, with certifications from Cornell University in Plant based Nutrition and from Egoscue University in Posture Alignment Therapy, rounds out her holistic approach.
