I love Dr. Scheerhorn and he’s been closer than anyone should ever be to my hot mess of a mouth! I am TERRIFIED of dentists but each time after I delayed treatment, of, what at the time, could probably be remedied with something simpler for him to do and cheaper for me, he still fixes my yap. He’s great! I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Excellent Dental Office. Dr. Lovell is patience kind and helpful. His staff is exactly the same. You matter to them. Sorry right now I don't remember what the other Dentist name is but the one time I saw him he was the same way. They are understanding in so many ways - I am a terrible gagger- they work with and try to make it as easy as possible.
Worst billing practices ever! Can never get an actual cost they have you sign after they contact your Insurance and then when all the work is done weeks to months later they come up with ridicules amounts due claiming the insurance didn't cover all the costs! This can only be because the charge more than any other dentist! Then when the submit for example 1200.00 for a service that is normally 1000.00 the insurance does only cover 90% 900.00 and you pay your copay 100.00.....then weeks later you get calls or bills demanding the other 200.00 pathetic! Stop over charging patients! I know blue Cross Blue Shied didn't want to pay sure they didn't this has happened over the 15 years I used them 10 times out of 12 NEW DENTIST TIME!
I’ve been a patient here since 2016 and absolutely love Dr Sheerhorn. He is friendly and makes me feel comfortable when I have work done on my teeth. My hygienist is Kiley and she is the best. She is thorough and efficient in her job. I usually get in at my scheduled time without a long wait. Would recommend this dentistry.
The folks at Superstition Mountain Dental are kind, welcoming, and professional. I received excellent care and was fit in without an appointment due to an extreme toothache. Dr. Lovell and staff are excellent at their craft and obviously care about their patients. I highly recommend this place.
Was there yesterday as a new patient and was seen on time. The office is nicely decorated and staff was very friendly and helpful. Kiley F was my hygienist. She was very pleasant, made me feel welcome and at ease. She did a fantastic job c!eaning my teeth. I liked Dr. Lovell at once. He has a nice, friendly personality and explained very clearly what needed to be done. Highly recommend Superstition Mountain Dental!
I highly recommend Superstition Mt. Dental. Dr. Sheerhorn got to the real problem I was having with my teeth after many years of issues that other dentists could not diagnose or fix. My hygienist, Emilee, is new to me, but she has already been very supportive and easy to work with. I also really appreciate Jennifer at the front desk. She helped me with payment options and made the process so much less confusing. I have moved since first becoming a patient, but I still travel the extra miles to go back because the environment is that comforting.
Kyley F does a great job as my hygienist. She is comfortable, spends quality time with me, Converses with me and genuinely cares for me and my dental health. Thank you. I have been to Dr Sheerhorn numerous times and appreciate his work and personality. I saw Dr. Lovell and Dental Assistant Cat, and had an excellent experience also. Great teamwork there at Superstition Dental.
Superstition Mountain Dental is really an amazing practice. My experience with them from A to Z has been delightful.. the Receptionists are so nice and accommodating both when calling for information or to set up an appointment. When you show up for your appointment they are just as positive, warm and engaging as the phone experience. The hygienists are pro's who really share the newest methods for daily brushing without being too harsh on my gums which has been a concern for me in the past. Again they're really nice and pleasant. I have received treatment from both Dr. Lovell and Dr. Scheerhorn and they are just wonderful, polite and real Gentlemen, always willing and happy to answer your questions. The equipment is also newer and State of the Art and you can see your teeth in color on large monitors if you choose. A very well run organization for sure.
New front office person having difficult time with scheduling and phone manners are abrut. To Office Manager and Doctors. Don't loose clients due to poor customer service. Monitor the role answering your phones more closely.
