My chiropractor recommended the Edwardsville Supplement Superstore team to me when I told him that I needed to get into shape. As soon as my family and I walked into the Supplement Superstore they were all friendly, courteous and informative. I told them I was looking for a protein powder to help me get to my daily protein goals. Jake was super helpful and even asked if I wanted to sample the powder before I bought it. That was going above and beyond, in my opinion. Plus their website is correct, they had a better price than all the other competitors. I highly recommend this incredible, knowledgeable staff. I am grateful for an amazing first experience since I honestly was a little timid approaching a supplement store for the 1st time.

I had gastric sleeve surgery 2/27/23. After surgery I was sent off on my own to figure it out. I have been struggling to meet my protein goals and getting in my vitamins. I even started regretting my surgery. Today, 4/11/23 I walked into SS-Edwardsville very uneducated about my condition and walked out having a better understanding and feeling very hopeful about my overall health. All the guys working were very friendly. Brandon was the one that helped me. It was reassuring to talk to someone who was knowledgeable about Bariatric Surgery, and did not shame me for it. He took the time to go over my proteins for the day, and laid out a full meal plan. He recommended protein shakes that would be easy on the stomach, and even educated me on later proteins once I fully heal. I expressed my concerns about taking vitamins in pill form, and he knew exactly what would help me. A truly awesome experience overall. Thank you!

I always get nervous going into a supplement store because usually the staff isn’t that friendly and gives off “I’m better than you” vibes. I have never walked into supplement super store and felt out of place, & I have never felt like I was being shamed for not being someone who is super fit. Yet Everyone is super kind and eager to help you chose the right products for yourself. My husband and I go in there and end up spending way more time than we should because we end up chatting with the guys in there. They’re all very easy to get along with and give the best protein shake recommendations. We shop at supplement super store vs shopping online because we feel so welcomed, and it’s also a bit cheaper than anywhere else!

As soon as I walked into the store, somebody assisted me immediately. They helped me choose the best preworkout and protein powder for the goals im trying to meet. Every single staff member in there always has the best attitude and are always there to help. It makes going to S2 a lot of fun!!

I love the edwardsvillle store! All those guys are always willing to help. Great selection of quality products. What I appreciate the most, however, is that they aren’t just trying to sell you something. They take the time to talk to you about what you need and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Always friendly and super helpful. Stop in and see for yourself.

Best customer service I've had in a very long time! Jake was very knowledgeable about the products he carries and even let me try a sample for my next workout. I felt a genuine kindness from Jake and the staff at SS. And to top it off, I check my mailbox I live in Texas but travel for work when I arrived home from a long week of work and travel; and had a personalized, hand written letter thanking me for my patronage. That's insane! I had to squint to make sure it wasn't just a printed font that looks like handwriting. Sure enough, Jake took the time to actually write me. That's fantastic! Thanks Jake and staff at SS. You guys are making GNC very nervous!

Great Experience, great staff, and high-quality product. Great place to come and ask questions if you're new to the supplement game. The staff will steer you in the right direction in what your needs are. I have some experience now with using and personally researching supplements and I can tell you for certain that there are no salesman tricks to get you to spend ungodly amounts of money. These people are genuinely here to aid you in your fitness journey.

I recently visited the S2 in Edwardsville to get a scan and discuss a health plan. I spoke with Mitchell and he was so helpful! I even got to try some samples. Definitely made the process easy!

I haven't been here in ~4 years, but when I came back it was like I never left. Everyone is super helpful and encouraging of your goals and journey. I mentioned that I didn't have a good experience with vitamins in pill form and Jake gave me some multivitamin powder that should be easier on my stomach free of charge. I am looking forward to when I run out of my post-work out and meal powder, so I can go back in and talk about how my weight journey is going!

The two young men representing Supplement Superstore today at the D.A.R.E. 31st Annual Car Show were very kind, helpful, and genuine! We already come to purchase supplements/workout drink mixes here regularly but I feel that they definitely deserve some recognition. They gave good recommendations and seemed to readily know their products/information - awesome crew and I will definitely keep coming back.
