Really fresh seafood. Loved this place. The menu menu has a lot of options. Really quick. You can order the food to the spiciness you prefer. They have an amazing views of the sea if you can make it to the window tables. There place has an amazing ambiance. Casual setting. You order your food directly on their website and it goes straight to the kitchen. They don’t have a lot of servers as you order and pay directly on their website. I would like to see the restaurant have a more traditional service process. Overall it is a nice seafood experience.
The food was delicious & flavorful. It's well worth the price. You do have to scan a QR code on your table & order through your phone. Not sure if that's just temporary because of Covid. The people there were really nice & the service was great. For what we paid we had a whole table full of food. Kid-friendliness: They had a specific menu for kids.
This restaurant was recommended in a blog that I watched so I wanted to try it. It was a late lunch and it wasn’t busy that I had an good view of the wharf. The menu items were pricey. I was the only one dining so I chose a dish that was reasonably priced. It was good. The service was not very good. I had to flag the server to request things.
Food was very good, and I kind of went overboard with happy hour. But you'll notice many complaints about the online ordering system: it sucks. You have to order and pay with your phone, not the greatest if your hands are oily with butter.
The crawfish was OK. I had the Cajun crawfish and requested it hot. It wasn’t very flavorful nor was it hot. The clam chowder however, was absolutely incredible. A little cold, but the flavor was really good. I almost ordered another one before I left.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No
Disappointing experience. All ordering is done on a poorly designed app. Presentation of the food is in a plastic bag. No waitress unless you request help through the app. You even leave a tip through the app before you get your food. Great views if you get a window seat. Food did come fast. If you need anything, like more wet naps, you ask for it through the app. Don’t expect any service.
Pros: - Cheap drinks - nice service - wing sauces are fire Cons: - The crab looks like it suffered from depression - the ketchup comes in plastic bags - paper straws - dysfunctional app
Met a couple while in line and shared a table with them. Had a great time. Food was amazing!Food: 5/5
There wasn't a clear host or waiter, And their presentation was non existent. I wouldn't have known they worked there by looking at them. They were just like sure you can sit here, eat, and leave. They also forgot to give us the crab shell opening tool. They made our order twice. There was a hair on top of the garlic bread tray when they brought it to us. We got the basket #2 with shrimp, clam, and lobster. The food was actually pretty decent. We were really hungry so it hit the spot. Although it needed butter and salt. On another note the atmosphere was pretty cool with tvs with sports on. Cool decor and decent lighting. The management just didn't match the vibe. No bar tender either. And the bathrooms were pretty dirty.
Food was great. Loved the crab and butter flavor. Didn't love the serve ourselves experience with ordering online, no one really to talk to, ask questions, make food recommendations, take drink orders or catch afterthoughts, etc.
