This isn't referring to this company it's referring to some scammers that are using this address I just want this company to know that scammers are using this exact address as their address the scammers name is Cowinaudio

It’s the cheapest shipping service from LA to Taiwan, and takes such as short time for my family to receive the package! Great choice comparing to fedex or other services! Really convenient!

Sent a package oversea through Sureline’s airfreight servicethe over a month ago, it has never arrived over 5 Weeks!. I checked with them several times, but due to the holidays, it took a while. They kept saying still looking and possible lost. I finally gave up waiting and submitted the claim with proof of my purchase for the loss insurance cover to $100 and ask for refund of the fright charge+service fees collected by the store. But they only wanted to pay for what is on the custom form which is for custom purpose. Though the value of container was well over, they won’t even pay back the $100 to over the loss. They take no responsibility of losing the valuable package! Will never deal with them again. The owner has no sense of customer service.

Just sent a package from LA to Taiwan. By the time it reached to destination in Taiwan, the package had been REPLACED with a box of PLASTIC BAGS!! No customer service with refunds! THIS IS A VERY SHADY Corporation do not use them! I am taking legal actions towards this company. This is very frustrating!!!

They prob have the worst attitude ever against the customer, i can understand that they have something more important customers label, but they didn't let the customer know that the label will not be emailed in 10 min when they promised 10 min. They might need to consider a employee training. NEVER work with them.

Staff is good and delivery is fast. Shipped this Tue and my family just received the shipment

Used their shipment to ship things back to Taiwan. Easy and fast. Got the package in 5days. Thing is all good inside.
