was there this morning for the 20.00 car wash. got home only to see the front and hood had largely not been cleaned just light brush marks in the dirt. not worth driving back to Carson to deal with
Does a good job for what it is. It seems like a lot of people leaving negative reviews are expecting a detailer level of cleanliness from a drive through car wash. This is a drive through car wash that cleans your car in a couple minutes, set your expectations appropriately. I like that they have an undercarriage option which is nice to get rid of the salt brine after snow. I have an old diesel truck which I'd like to keep as rust free as possible so the truck can live it's whole life without the frame rusting out.
This year, compared to last years review has seen some improvements. For what it is, it's one the best car washes in town where you can wash your vehicle automatically. For $10, you can get the Express and leave your car spotless. However, one of the complaints I have for the more expensive options is the things they advertise. The tire shine is spotty, it'll apply to some portions of the tire but not all. Same thing with the underbody wash, not sure if it does a thing. However, the inside of the car wash is a fun thing as there's different colors and lights going off. Another positive is that the car wash has free vacuums and air blowers to use. The air blowers are pretty strong and you can use it to get some remaining water off your car. The vacuums as well have good suction and clean up well. Overall, this is a good car wash for the price!
This Surf Thru car wash is good. I get quite a bit of hard water. The towel rollers worked good; sometimes my car gets scratches, but at least removed the dead bugs off my windshield. The improvements are better I like it better than the Sierra car wash.
2nd time I have been here and this business has gone down hill took my truck for a wash and the hold front end was still full of bugs, yesterday took suv for wash and the hood and top was still dirty so now I will look for a new car wash place. This place used to be good but now it isn’t.
Don't take your car here. The machine was only half working, as is evident from the photos. I noticed at least two of the soap dispensers trying to spit out soap but was so clogged it couldn't even reach the car, and as you can see a good third or more of my vehicle wasn't even touched. I tried to call them immediately afterwards, and got nothing but voicemail. I know I won't be going back. For reference, these photos were taken maybe an hour after getting the car wash, and I wish I had taken them while we were still in the parking lot.
Fair value, decent options for older cars where scratches and light damage don't matter that much. They refuse to take responsibility for damages they cause, though.
$9 for an express wash—very good machine and advanced vacuum system. Much better than any car wash I used before!
I will be taking my business elsewhere!! I’ve gone to this place for the last few years. Id sometimes get the supreme car wash or I might go and get the most basic car wash. anyways I’m leaving this review because there was a storm and from previous visits I was guaranteed the washes if it rained or snowed. I returned to the car wash with my receipt in hand to get my car re-washed since it had just been washed the day before and there was a storm. When I got there they denied my watch because I got the cheaper of the three washes. How much the wash shouldn’t matter the difference is only buy a couple of dollars. Period !! Terrible service& the machines do a terrible job getting cars clean. This is the last straw I will not be returning. There is a new car wash opening down the street with better equipment and helpful stuff. Take your business there Edited * the response to my review from this facility is a joke. The matter of the problem was that my basic wash wasn’t honored when I came to get a “rain” rewash. The policy is a joke and if the company truly cared for customers than they would do a rewash for any of the washes and not just the most expensive ones. Whoever reached out to my review has zero cares for why my review was written. This facility lost a customer. There’s a newer car wash down the street that honors the customers to come get a wash if it had just rained .
Super fast great clean job. Great place for a quick car wash.
