Beautiful inexpensive place to live directly on the Riverland across the street from the beach.

Surfside Estates is a co-op where you own the land, and not owned by SID, who owns the campground. Gorgeous clubhouse with rooftop deck, fitness center, pool, activities, it is a 55 plus community, new homes built to a better standard and not prone to flooding. Community dock and canoe launch...we love living here.

Yes, the owner is very rude, hes from India, and assumes things, & wants top dollar for sites, but, you would rarely see him normally. Ive been shopping @ the small store 7 yrs, my confrontation w/ him, was thinking I was hitting on his work crew, when I was actually asking- if any of them did side work, Im female, and yeah, he was horrible. Its a nice place, but they dont pick up the beach trash. Beach front parking was$90 per night, a couple of years ago, not sure what it is now. BUT...If you can do with a Lot less frills, just the Basics, Flagler By The Sea- RV & Campground, is just up the road North, a Sign that says-Iron Boot Pub but bikers dont really go there, not a cool place will mark, the campground. The office is right beside it first coming from the South Daytona,Flagler Beach.

Surfside Estates is beautiful and well maintained. Please note that these very negative reviews about the owner are referring to the owner of Camptown RV, not Surfside Estates. Surfside Estates is not affiliated in any way to the owner of Camptown RV. Surfside Estate homes are individually/privately owned.

The owner of the place is extremely rude. I was just walking pass the place from the beach to high way. He stopped me saying he's the owner of the place and I can't be there and he threat me to call the police. There's no sign saying this is a private beach and u can't walk through the campground to highway.

Paridise, beautiful, great place to live. Some places you get what u Pay For. But at Surfside Estate, Beverly Beach, you get MORE than what you Pay For. Raiting should be a 10 out of 5.

Some good people remain but now it’s mostly a bunch of petty bad apples that think they are above others in the community. Disrespectful bullies that lack any value now control the park, and it’s pretty sad!

This is the perfect place to vacation with you got a fifth-wheel A motorhome bring the kids swimming great fishing's great the weather is great the food is great in the whole neighborhood with all the restaurants and you got to eat the fish wherever you go order the fish

Nothing says excitement as a mobile home park at the beach side. Well when there's a hurricane coming that is.

A wonderful 55+ community, 1 block from the intercoastal, 2 blocks from the beach. What more could you ask ?!!!
