Dr. Willie and the entire staff were friendly, professional and efficient. They made it a comfortable and painless procedure.

From the first phone call to set up the procedure I was put at ease. When I came in to be checked in the ladies at the front desk were so nice and friendly then the nurse who asked all the questions so nice and informative. The nurse that put in my iv got it the first time! Wow! The anesthesiologist and the nurse who were in the room to do the scope kept me calm. The Dr is very kind. And made me comfortable. Can’t leave out the nurses in recovery. So nice! It doesn’t happen to much where everyone in a doctors office are kind and compassionate but this one is. Thank you for making me feel taken care of.

I had a procedure performed by Dr. Nandi on Friday morning April 22. The members of the team are caring professionals who made me feel at ease. The young lady at check-in was pleasant who efficiently checked me in. I was taken immediately into the prep room where Nurse Brittany kindly took my information and prepped me for the procedure. As she left the room, she made sure that I knew exactly how long it would before they came for me for the procedure. When anesthetist Nurse Mary took me to the procedure room, she explained evey step of what was going to happen. Following the procedure I was taken to the recovery room where recovery Nurse David made sure that I was doing well as I came out anesthesia. Finally, Dr. Nandi, always the best came in for the after procedure council. He always takes as much time as needed to explain the results and to answer any questions that I might have. The whole team approached their roles in a way that I never felt that they did not want to be there. They made me feel as though I was the most important patient who they would see the whole shift.

The staff from the front desk registrars to the post procedure room were all kind, friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and the process was timely. I particularly appreciated the explanations and care from Nicole and Mary. Very courteous and respectful. as well as very efficient in their roles, exuding kindness and care. In the procedure room, Larry was friendly and conversational. He is certainly in the right place to make patients feel more at ease and relaxed. Dr. Weber has always been supportive and informational, and I very much appreciate everyone’s skill, and caring. Great team, and great teamwork. Thank you all.

While embarrassing to talk about, I had to go in for my first colonoscopy screening. The center made the process fairly easy and straightforward. The prep work for the previous day was easy to follow and was not nearly as painful as I expected it to be. On the day of the procedure, I was checked in, wheeled into the procedure room, knocked out, and before I knew it, it was over and done with. I was in and out in just a little over two hours. The staff was very friendly and reassuring throughout. They even shared the results with me before I left. It was a very pleasant experience, considering. I highly recommend this facility. BTW - Everything checked out well.

Absolutely the best customer care I’ve ever enjoyed. This began the moment I walked into the office and signed in. I was greeted continuously throughout the prep, procedure and recovery by cheerful staff who used my first name and seemed very concerned with my well being. This extended to the Dr Donat who was personable before and after procedure. I’m still stunned by the high level of customer care!

Easy check in. Everyone using masks and social distancing making everyone feel safe. Best sleep ever! Just wish nurses taking me on way to recovery weren't talking so loud. Great physician! I see why my PCP highly recommended her. She discusses pertinent information before and after the procedure. Nurses were great! Thorough question, history and answer timeframe and provided me with warmed gown and blanket. I will recommend this physician and facility to others.

Colonoscopies are generally not a "fun" experience however from the minute I made my decision to have one they were completely responsible for keeping me up to date with what I needed to do, even providing me with a toll free # that I could call at any time with questions which I used several times. They kept me up do date via text, email, mail and phone call. I bought my own prep kit at Target and the prep was a breeze...no cramping! The experience with the entire staff was excellent, very attentive. My appointment was at 7 am and I was out by 9am! I highly recommend them!!

From the moment I walked in, the staff did everything to support me. I had forgotten my COVID documentation in the car, among some other issues. They were kind and supportive. The crew that worked on me, got me laughing and put me under smiling, I'm sure! A great team. First time with Dr. Weber and he was great explaining everything and taking good care of me. Very pleased!

Don’t be scared off by their call center. Leave a message. They eventually will call you back. May be several days as it was for me. From then on very professional. Dr. Bologna was fantastic. Caring. Interested. Procedure was performed within hour of check-in. I was home in 2 1/2 hours. Amazing. Pain-free. Professional from Jan in check-in to nurse Brittany who got me prepped to Dr Kim in anesthesia to Dr Bologna to post op nurses like Denise and to Debbie who walked me to my ride. First-class all the way.
