HOW DOES R+F WORK?
When you join as a R+F consultant, you are given an online virtual storefront where your customers can order from. Items are shipped directly to the customer and all payment processing is handled by the company. Your job is to have conversations and share the products with people looking for changes with their skin. You earn on every product you sell. While this can seem scary at first, over time you will develop skills with the help of mentors to make sharing the R+F products and business a natural part of your conversations.
