Susie Q's Foods

I try to buy my gas at Susie Q's but I think they don't want anyone's business. Last week and this week, when I tried to use my BP rewards credit card, the pump gave me a message that card reader failed-see cashier. Moved to different pumps and same thing. I went to Jack's BP service station and worked just fine. The pumps at Susie Q is also extremely slow. Jack's BP service station pumps really fast. I do not recommend Susie Q,'s since there is no customer service or can't trust the pumps.

Stopped in @7:09 pm Purchased slice of pizza, 12 Oz. Pepsi. Clerk, Diane, did not speak. Not one word. Appeared to make her mad to ring up the order. Whatever happened to Customer Service?

Don't ever go to this gas station they will steal from you and than claim that it your fault and you have to pay them but they can't look out a window to check what pump the woman is on but no just hit any pump and cause a problem that could have been avoided I connected bp customer service and Susie q "customer service " which go to a switch board and when they pick up they blame you for being at the pump u pull up to and their fault they push the wrong pump and the manager I called to apologize for my actions but she hangs up on me because she said she had customers they are two other employees on clock at that time and they had to go call you so u was free to talk at that point

This particular store has some of the friendliest staff. If you are in the area stop in and say hi.

Clean restrooms and friendly clerk's. Limited food but a good stop none the less...

This store has the best manager and staff!
