Great, fully fenced dog park. Nice people, good dogs on the day we visited, not too busy but it was sprikling rain a bit. Little puddle of mud, but seems nicely kept. Double Doggie gate to enter, poop bags are provided and theres 2 different spaces you can bring your pet, 1 larger, 1 smaller area. Bring your own water and bowl. No faucet available to fill. Plesent time.
There is a very large fenced-in area for dogs to run and play in, a big water trough that dogs like to lay in, and several water bowls to drink from. Be sure to bring poop bags with you because the dispensers are almost always out of them. Great place to play fetch with your dogs if there aren't any others around. I've lost a lot of balls to other people's dogs stealing them and then dropping them somewhere and losing them. There are no aggressive dog issues, though. Other than people not really watching their dogs and some playing a little rough, most dogs seem alright. Be warned, there's no permanent bathroom, just a temporary port-a-potty, which was locked even though I was the only one there. Restrooms: No permanent bathroom, just a port-a-potty that was locked despite me being the only one there at 1 pm. Dog-friendliness: There are no aggression issues, but some dogs like to play rough. There's a smaller area for smaller and shy dogs you can use if you're worried about it.
We love taking our dog to Sutherlin dog park. There is a lot of running room even on busy days. The dogs love it here. Another good note, there are several friendly people bringing their dogs here.
Three sections. Well maintained. They have boxes posted with assorted bags that people donate for use as doggie poop bags. There are 2 water pumps, bowls, large containers for dogs to cool off in. Plenty of seating in shaded areas. Portapotty available.
I love this park the people are great. Bad news I was here Monday and this girl brought in three dogs her pit bull was aggressive and I told her she could put the pit bull in the available empty gated area. She refused she said she didn’t have to. She did eventually leave the park with her three dogs, Which I was grateful for. The pitbull did bite my frenchbull dog on the face. Please note when bringing your dog to the park, read the sign on the entry to the dog park. It clearly says do not bring aggressive dogs into this park.
Saw some cracked out blond skateboarding. But has a nice field and a slide. Skate park is cool Playground: Big metal slide that may be dangerous for small kids Picnic area: Just one bench to sit at and a grass field . There are lots of deer and turkey roaming around which is pretty cool
Several separated areas. Clean, trees, shelters, and good water. When on Sixth Ave, watch for signs by pointing North by Hartley Park.
Great place all the way around. Huge fenced area for your doggo, lot of poop bag stations and trash bins, lot of benches to sit on, and a pretty well taken care of portapotty. Right across the parking lot from the dog park it's a fairly big downhill slope that faces the slide and swings at the bottom of the hill, that was a great and excellent place to teach me friend about disc golf and how the disc's fly, very easy to find and get them back
This is a great dog park. Clean and does have a separate small dog area. My girls love it here.
Place is fantastic! It is suitable for dogs of every calibre, breed and/or temperament. There is a now a 3rd area with PLENTY of room to roam. So many great things to say, i must stop before I'm late getting back to work
