Suzy Thai serves good Thai food. I ordered the pad see ew noodles and they were good. I was impressed with the portion they gave. It was enough to feed two people! The flavors were good but I would have liked a little more heat. I also ordered the mango sticky rice. I liked this more. The mango was delicious and the sticky rice had a great flavor as well. Again, the portion was very generous. I thought prices were a little on the high side for a food truck. With that said, I think they are on par with other food trucks. Service was friendly and quick. I would eat here again.
I love Thai food and I was definitely impressed with Suzy Thai because it was fresh and the food truck ambiance was fun, but I did feel that it was somewhat average - not bad at all, but I’ve also had better in salt lake. I tried the pad Thai with shrimp and this dish was flavored well with fresh ingredients and clearly cooked fresh. But it the sauce was a little runny. The mango sticky rice was spot on with the flavor of the coconut milk poured on top, but again, it was a little runny and almost too much of the mixture. The mangos were fresh and delicious. The rice didn’t feel as authentic to Thai rice in my opinion and they seemed like they weren’t cooked all the way. Because I am someone who loves Thai food and knows it’s hard to find exceptional Thai food outside of Thailand, i will come back here! I enjoyed it and it was slightly above average Thai so I do recommend it.

I love Thai food and this place did not disappoint! The massaman curry was delicious! If you skip the mango sticky rice you will regret it, and will probably wake up repeatedly in the middle of the night with mixed feelings of self-shame for your mistake and curiosity of what you missed out on. This stuff was the bomb! I can never find good mango’s around here but the ones on my mango sticky rice were so sweet and ripe. Usually food trucks charge a higher price and don’t give you much food, but this place actually serves good sized portions, I was pleasantly surprised!
The food is GREAT! Ordered a large family style meal to go and everything is so tasty and fresh. The Penang Curry is excellent-slightly spicy and perfect to warm you up on a cold day! I can see why the Massaman is a favorite-it's excellent. The Tom Kha Gai was a great surprise and another terrific dish-I'd never had it before-I love it. To finish the meal we hit the Mango Sticky Rice and boy is it good. I highly recommend Suzy Thai and will be back for more! Pardon the not great picture quality but we were hungry and dove in after getting the food on the counter!
Just had my first Suzy Thai meal. A clever woman scheduled the food truck through the Nextdoor app and neighbors lined up. The food was expertly packaged, all the dishes in a box, ready to pick up. I had Massaman curry and Thom Kah Gai which came with mango coconut sticky rice. Awesome. All the dishes were spot on, enough for 2 meals. Great choice.

Definitely a different style of Thai food, not as Americanized maybe? Which isn't a bad thing, just wasn't my taste. Mango sticky rice was very very good, rice needed to be cooked longer.
The food is absolutely delicious. However, these people follow a First-In, Who-Cares-Out method. Over 10 people who ordered after me received their food before me. I can understand making a big dish for multiple people at once and divvying it out as available instead of in any particular order, but this was ridiculous as people showed up and happened to order the right meal to get their food in under 5 minutes while I was the fool who thought I would get quick service ordering what I wanted instead of what was fastest right then. Also, if you're going to leave the tail shell on the jumbo shrimp, you need to cook it a little more to make the shell edible. Otherwise, take off the tail so I don't have to pick at my food after waiting 20 minutes for it. Also, isn't Pad Thai supposed to be spicy? I may love spicy, but I can still tell if there is only a little spicy in a dish. This pad Thai was completely devoid of any spicy. Good flavor, but I wouldn't even classify it as mild. It's like going on a first date with a beautiful person you met online. In this case, they'd still be beautiful, but you find out they're a complete idiot. Pretty to look at, but not much else. This tasted good, but left me wanting more of that traditional spiciness.
I love eating at Suzy Thai! My favorite things are their Shrimp Pad Thai and their Mango sticky rice. Their mango sticky rice is the best I have ever had! I would post a picture but I never get around to taking a picture before I gobble it all up!!!
