In Pueblo County, Colorado, a tract of land beginning at a point which bears N85*55'42" : 2,577.32 ft from the Southeast Corner of Section 14 T20S, R67W, 6 P.M. thence N89*30'42"W 199.46 ft ; thence N00*27'16" E 199.16 ft ; thence S89*37'46"E 199.43 ft; thence S00*26'21"W 199.57, to point of beginning.

The purpose of this Association shall be the administration and perpetuation of the cemetery located in the Swallows Comminity. This Association is founded on the principles of common interest and mutual friendship of the people involved in the Swallows and neighboring communities.
