Swan Floral and Gift Shop was our wedding vendor for all of our flowers. We received so many compliments on our flowers, and Suzanne at Swan Floral was absolutely incredible to work with!! This is a photo of our cake with Swan Florals flowers added to it. They also installed our arch and flowers for our ceremony that was outside and we rented tall and short flower stands for our tables. Once we receive our photographers photos, I will post more photos. The entire venue looked absolutely incredible and the flowers had us blown away. THANK YOU SUZANNE AND SWAN FLORAL!! We used Swan Florist for our wedding flowers. They did an amazing job. The bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were all beautiful. My 8 month old granddaughter was my flower girl, they recommended a small artificial bouquet to match mine. It was the most adorable thing ever. Her bouquet matched mine and even looked real.
First time using this florist. I’m from out of state so was a little scared to order flowers for a friends. The flowers were wonderful and my friend loved them. I cannot get over the wonderful detail and how breathtaking the flowers she received. Thanks so much for the wonderful job!!
KUDOS TO KYLE! Saturday, while we were away from home, I received a voicemail from a Swan delivery person: Kyle. He informed me that he was delivering a gift: a beautiful "Desert Beauty Succulent Garden." It had been raining heavily, and more rain was forecast. Succulents may not survive a big rain, and Kyle was worried about our gift. From the corner of the house, Kyle saw the huge awning over our deck. Realizing that awning would protect our garden, Kyle brought the delivery around to the back of the house. He left it on a table, under the awning. Then, he phoned to let me know. Isn't that what you want for your delivery? How many soaking wet cardboard boxes have spent hours on your front porch? A GOLD STAR and a big "Thank you" for Kyle. Well-done, sir. [I hope this note makes it's way to Kyle's supervisor.]
Swan did my daughters wedding in Nov. 2022 and the flowers were spot on. Beautiful and very well done. I have started using Swan as my go to florist and today they delivered for me to a funeral and as usual, they did not disappoint. I ordered a palm and it looked amazing. I was shocked at how tall it was and it made a beautiful backdrop for the family as they received family & friends. I would DEFINITELY recommend their services.
So thankful and more than satisfied with the flowers and floral pieces put together by Swan Floral for my wedding! Suzanne was the best to work with - she was quick to respond to any questions I had, open to any ideas and offered beautiful recommendations, and the team at Floral knocked it put of the park as a whole. Swan Floral recently did my wedding. Deborah was great from the very beginning about the vision for the day and even singlehandedly choosing each herb/potted plant to make the greenery look so beautiful. So many guests complimented us about the choice in herbs and potted plants! Would highly recommend!
I called in an order yesterday for the wife’s birthday today. Order went smooth and easy and so was the pick up today. I ordered the pink hues better FTD florist design bouquet since I wanted the florist to do as they please with the design. I’ll be honest, I was caught off guard when it was brought out because I’m a regular bouquet type of guy. This is on me because of my flower purchasing habits. I thought the arrangement was nice but different. I had my young boys give the flowers to their mom and sure enough, she loves it. It is pretty and the design grew on me eventually. Again, taste is subjective and different is not a dig on the arrangement or florist. My boys and I usually buy flowers for their mom at the grocery place because its convenient. I let them pick a regular bouquet and they give it to their mom or I buy it and they give it to her as a surprise. I will continue to support Swan’s Floral going forward. It’s a small business and have great customer service. It may not be as convenient as big box stores but service and quality makes up for it. Next time I’ll bring the boys and let them pick.
I am a very satisfied customer… I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to the hospital… the intended recipient passed before the delivery had time to be processed. Ashleigh at the shop was very professional as well as helpful and had a caring attitude. She did everything to “make it right” and help with getting a refund and a new order processed. The service was great and I certainly recommend this florist … they will be the one I call for any future needs. They offer many memorial remembrances as well as floral arrangements… thanks for excellent service!!
Hope these are for Debbie,,had two orders,, My friend moved to Columbus and today is her birthday and she was so surprised and said the flowers are gorgeous. Can depend on Swan for excellent decorations and we made her day,,thank you
