Cancellation Policy:
Swanky Paws Pet Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Please cancel your appointment by phone, not by text message or email. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of their booked services. This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked. We can take payment in person in the shop or by credit card over the phone.
Late Pick-ups:
Swanky Paws Pet Spa closes daily at 6 PM. Any pets left after 6 PM will be charged a late pick -up fee of $25. Pets left after 6:15 PM will be boarded untill the following day at a rate of $50 which can be paid at pickup along with any outstanding grooming charges. If you are concerned that you may not make it in time to pick up your pet, please contact us to make arrangements, as the pre-booked boarding fee is considerably lower than the emergency boarding fee.

We also offer group daycare! After temperament testing, your small dog can play the day away with canine companions in our small dog daycare. Dogs less than 25 lbs can play in morning and afternoon sessions for only $14/day or $9/half-day.
