I ordered a cake for my daughter’s baby shower and cookies to use as favors at the shower. We picked up the cookies the day before so we would have time to bag them. They were not what we ordered and when I called to say they looked unfinished they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I am posting a pic of what they sold me and what I was given. They showed me a cookie they had on display that said ‘love’ and said they could make it say ‘baby’ instead of love. The cookies they gave me looked nothing like what they sold me. They had no piping or detail. I also ordered honeycomb cookies and they looked uneven and stained. The worst looking cookies were hidden at the bottom of the box. I believe they stopped decorating the cake once I called and complained about the cookies. Also posting a picture of what I ordered and what they gave me. The top layer of what’s supposed to be clouds were just balls that were falling off the cake. Their customer service was the absolute worst I have ever had. I called seeking resolution and was willing to pay more to have some detail added to the cookies but was met with an incredibly rude and defensive owner. I have literally spent hundreds of dollars at this bakery. I have been a regular customer for years. I have bought every birthday cake, retirement cake, wedding favors, you name it. I will not be returning.

Special thanks again to Sweet Beginnings!! They have been our family’s go-to bakery for a while now. They made us a beautiful wedding cake several years ago and this past weekend they made our gender reveal cake. It was a tough task. The theme was Nintendo Animal Crossings. The fondant work is amazing! The cookies and cupcakes were great too. So many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend them!!

Love ordering cakes from this place. We have ordered designs that were simple to a bit more extravagant and they have always exceeded our expectations. The pricing is great especially for the size of cake you get and the flavors are always delicious. Here are a couple of the designs they have done for us over the years.

I ordered a 40th birthday cake for my wife, which was really 2 cakes cut out into the shapes 4 and 0 and decorated with cookies and candy and fruit pic posted. The process of ordering was super easy and the cake itself came out absolutely beautiful. Just show stopping. The prices were reasonable and the cake was so so delicious. I am all around super impressed and will definitely be utilizing them again in the future!

We've used Sweet Beginnings twice for my daughters birthday cakes and they did awesome! Cakes were exactly what we wanted, on time and tasted good!

I'm so happy with our cakes we ordered! They were beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. The person who took down my order was very friendly and helpful. We needed 3 separate cakes for a party celebrating 3 birthdays and each cake was unique and beautiful and tasted wonderful. I'll be ordering from you again for sure!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this backery. Ordered many birthcakes, graduation cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Everyone LOVED them. White Almond cake is amazing with raspberry mousse filling to die for. I will use them instead of supermarket cakes in a heart beat!! Keep up the good work

I ordered a 12 inch round carrot cake with rasions and nuts, cream cheese frosting for a picky family gathering. They were completely wowed. It was Yummy!! There were 12 people and we had only 1/2 cake but that was ok because the out of town guests said they would eat it for breakfast. It was dense and moist. There used to be a favorite north towns bakery P and R that everyone used and Dessert Deli closed. I would say this bakery is as good or better than them . It will cost you 35-40 but worth it.

This was my second time getting a cake from them. First time was a walk in/last minute cake and they had OPTIONS! This time I ordered a white cake with Pineapple filling and Vanilla Buttercream and when I tell you, Every Time, the cake was AMAZING!

Got a very yummy vanilla and chocolate cake from this cute bakery. The staff there is lovely and helpful. Very accommodating given that the cake request was last minute.
