Owner Dianne Gruenberg has 47 years of experience in cake decorating and 25+ years experience as an instructor, cake show judge, and sugar art demonstrator in the US, Canada and the UK. She has trained with top USA and European cake artists, is Certified ICES Instructor and Certified PME Professional Instructor. Dianne has won awards numerous awards and has appeared on the Food Network, TLC's Ultimate Cake Off (once on the $10,000 winning team!), local TV and in US & UK magazines, newspapers. Dianne's love is teaching students and to see their excitement as their talents grow and they share their knowledge of sugar art.
