Love the Christian music and the Fully Relying On God theme. Was amazing when it first opened. Been going through a lot of changes since new management took over, which lends to fewer visits from our family. It is still enjoyable experience with nice staff, but it just seems to be missing something as of late.
I go here quite frequently,the yogurt is always sh'poppin. Good variety of flavors, and a spicy amount of toppings. The poppers and cherries always popping and they give you a card that eventually gets you a free yogurt and I'm sure they have deals on certain days. Sweet frog is my little slice of heaven.
The yogurt & toppings were satisfactory. The tables were not clean. My partner made a comment about "having to pick the least dirty table" and the associate behind the counter just stared at him. Another girl I don't know if she worked there or was just visiting the employee was sitting on the counter in very short shorts with her legs touching the countertop. The girls behind the counter received a door dash food delivery and proceeded to open the food and eat it at the counter. All the while, ignoring the dirty tables.
The customer in front of us decided that she had to have a special smoothie blended just so and not seeming to care that there were people behind her that just wanted to pay and leave. Had to wait while everything had to be blended just perfectly.Then when I asked the server if she could check me out while she was waiting on blender, she takes an attitude and tries to charge me double..
Well I've been here once before and it was good but here I am @ 445pm on a Wednesday afternoon and the shop is locked up and there's no one inside, it should be open according to the sign. Why would a business lock up in the beginning of dinner rush?
Never has consistent hours. Tried to come here twice as a surprise for my kids after school, the first time it was all locked up for no reason.. second time a had written note saying it would open at 4:15 with workers just sitting inside.. so don’t believe the hours that are posted.
Was given a valid sweet frog gift card for my birthday. Took 2 kids and get froyo and handed the cashier the gift card who asked how much was on it. Told her $25.00, she told me she cant take gift cards so she will void my order, keep my gift card and do it that way. I said im not giving you a $25.00 gift card for a $10.00 purchase. She then tells me the managers were going to have gift cards pulled but not done it yet. No warning or anything. Had no cash or anything on me and was insulted.... They dont take their own gift cards!
The choices of different flavors are great. Service is great. Yogurt is great.
There aren't too many fro-yo shops in the area. This one is always well kept and the toppings bar seems espically clean. A nice treat for any time of the day.
