Sweet On You Specialty Cakes

Short review: Very clean bakery. Tasty food. A bit pricey. Busy but fast service —— Long review: This place is very clean and simple. It's a good place to just indulge in over the top sweetness. But in addition to the pros there are cons as well • Expense In my opinion this place is over-priced. I spent about $15 on just one biscuit sandwhich and a medium latte. I know Coffee is getting expensive these days in Cafes but for a simple drink and decent sandwich I did not like having to pay this much for it. Everything here is pricey as well, not just what I ordered. It's a good place for indulging in once in awhile, but I won't be coming here regularly. • Food Very sweet treats. I tried the Cinnamon rolls, Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit, and Iced Vanilla Latte. All were good. The vreading for the biscuit is very fluffy and soft. Cinnamon Rolls are very sweet and fluffy. Latte is, well, a Latte. • Service Fast and ready to help. Although very busy the cashiers were nice and helpful. Plenty of smiles as well. • Interior A very plain and simple design. I like a clean look but it did feel quite empty. Maybe some art hung up would help. Bathrooms are clean as a whistle. Singles, but it works for a small dining area. I'd say there were about 16 seats in total for the dining area. A bit cramped but I suspect as business lessens from Opening it'll be perfect.

I couldn't have been more disappointed for my cousin on her wedding day. Everyone knows that the wedding cake is always the highlight of the reception. The cake was beautiful, but that is where the compliments END. You dont pay almost 800.00 for a cake to look good, you and your guests would like for it to taste amazing!! This was by far the DRIEST crumbly cake at a wedding that I have ever had!! Considering how much this bridal cake cost I had high hopes and was completely let down!! Not only was the cake cardboard dry the taste of it tasted like it had too much oil, no good flavor to it at all!! It was just gross to say the least!! On top of the cake being a huge let down, the bakery didn't even bother to leave boxes for the cake to be taken home!!

We worked with sweet joy to bring in a work lunch for about 25 ppl. They also provided king cakes. They did an excellent job and the food was delicious. The king cake was so good we had people going back for seconds and thirds. If you have a corporate function they are an excellent option for catering in breakfast, lunch or even just dessert.

So many delicious treats, so little time to eat them all! Easily the best king cakes I've ever tasted! The Chantilly cupcakes are amazing and the almond rolls are next level.

I have ordered from her for years and now my family orders her AMAZING king cakes when they come into town. Sweet Joy Bakery is the BEST!

Stopped by for breakfast on the way into work. Doors were open at 6:00 am and they were busy as bees in the back. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast sandwich. I'll be back.

Too much hit or miss...the last bisque sandwich we got, yesterday 7/12/23, was way underdone and the egg was way overdone ...on the 2 we got...the 2 better than average cinnamon rolls we also got were not worth $24 when you realize we got 4 items for $24 and only 2 were worth eating

Got a slice of cheesecake and the crust had very finely chopped nuts in it! You cannot tell by looking at it nor was it disclosed in any way. Very disappointed

Had some special made cupcakes and they were delicious! Highly recommend this place.
