We ship with the most care possible. Shipping is usually same day USPS First Class (3-5 days)! Custom ordered bows please allow 3-5 days for item to ship. If I need more time with a custom order you will know ahead of time. Tracking is available. If you need your item sooner, send me a message and we'll work something out! If you would like insurance on your shipment that will cost extra. ALL items costing $50 or more automatically have insurance added.
***Sweet Pea Bowtique is in no way liable for items after they have been shipped! (ie damaged or lost packages) Once the item is shipped it is out of our hands. PLEASE purchase insurance for an additional cost if you are concerned.***

Refunds are done case by case. We here at Sweet Pea BowtiqueKS believe that each customer is unique and therefore each purchase has its own special refund policy. We take pride in all our products and want to make every customer happy.
For those that do receive refunds:
1) You have 3 days after receiving an item to report a problem/unhappiness.
2) Item must be in like new condition (no damage)
3) Customer pays shipping to return item in like new condition
4) After item is returned to us a refund for the item will be issued to the customer (minus shipping)
***There are NO refunds on custom made tutus!!*** This is due to the specific measurements involved.

Custom orders are welcome!! With custom orders items will not be shipped until we receive payment due to having to special order items for your custom order.
