We focus on fresh cuisine and seasonal vegetables. Sweet Pea proudly serves Yampa Valley Farms beef, pork, and lamb and Wild Idea Buffalo. All of these are farms we trust to provide the highest quality grass-fed, free-range meat that go superbly with our chef's daily preparations.
