The Copper Pot offers a build-your-own box menu featuring soups and salads where customers pick their “base,” “protein,” toppings and dressing. The choices for base include: Organic Spring Mix; Shredded Slaw & Rice Noodles Ponzu; and Warm Naan. Protein includes: Chimichurri Grilled Chicken; Cilantro Lime Shrimp; and Mediterranean Braised Chick Peas. Toppings include: Fresh Tomatoes; Julienne Cucumber; Crisp Green Pepper; Marinated Olives & Red Pepper; Feta; Gorgonzloa; Sunflower Seeds; Crispy Onions; Croutons; Crumbled Bacon; and Cashews. Gluten-free and vegan items are denoted.
While the salad offerings will remain consistent, soup offerings will change regularly but always with one vegan option. Dunckel prioritizes seasonal ingredients from the farmer’s market and her garden plot.
A half salad costs $6. A whole salad is $9. A cup of soup & half salad is $10.
A selection of house-made sweets will change seasonally and will include, pastries, candy apples, tarts, cupcakes, mini cakes and and French macrons. Cookies and chocolate truffles will remain staples. Prices range from $1 to $6.
