First off, I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this amazing crew. Due to no fault of their own, the initial florist I booked for my June 2023 wedding was unable to fulfill her contract and let me know in February 2023. She was kind enough to connect me with Sweet T, and I have to say - it was meant to be! Olivia, Tina and Stephanie truly bent over backwards to ensure we had the most perfect florals for our big day. We pretty much started from square one 4 MONTHS before the wedding and they DELIVERED! Their vision was beautiful and they were so willing to work with me on such a short timeline. Not to mention, the florals literally brought tears to my eyes. They are true artists and I could not be more thankful for them. All I can say is, BOOK. THEM.!!! If they had offered planning when I began my wedding process, I 100% would have booked them for that offering, too. The way they come together and deliver an amazing outcome is truly inspiring. I could continue gushing, but I’ll stop here! THANK YOU GIRLS! You saved my wedding day! <3
Sweet T Flowers is always my go to for any florist/wedding work. Olivia and Tina run a wonderful business and their work reflects the love they have for what they do. Did yourself a favor and get a beautiful arrangement from them, you will not be disappointed!
Beautiful shop and wonderful service! Bought a dish garden as a sympathy gift and was very happy with the little touches they added they added a bow and card - not shown in pictures for privacy sake. The rest of the store is beautiful and has nice little gifts. Worth stopping in!
Used Sweet T Flowers to send my Kensington school teacher wife flowers at the end of the year. I didn't like the ones they showed online, so I did the "florist choice" medium size.$138.50 which included a $10 tip. Wife nor I was impressed with the flowers. They were delivered quickly at 1:30 pm. School was out at 2:30 and by the time she got home they were practically dead. They were delivered bundled with no water. My wife said they looked very weak by the time she received them. I was so disappointed to spend that much money and basically threw them out 2 days later. Publix next time and save $100. I picked a Waxhaw business to help support the community, but was sadly let down.
I opened the door to my home and there was this beautiful arrangement. I thought it was placed on the wrong doorstep but then realized the arrangement was really for me ordered from my Mother. I cannot express the feeling. My Mom is on Social Security and I know she may have not been able to afford it but she did and Sweet T's went the extra mile making this arrangement. My Mother is a retired florist and when I sent her the picture of my flowers she was super pleased. Sweet T Flowers is not only a flower store. Not even close! They have so many items for decorating a home or office! They are located at the left corner of Emmet restaurant in Waxhaw. You should visit both! Sweet T is quite large, with a small front door. Park in the Emmet's lot.
Ordered 2 weeks ahead of time for Valentines Day delivery just to get the flowers a day late. Called numerous times the day after for a refund and never picked up the phone once. Never once called or emailed saying delivery would be late. I paid full price to have flowers a day late. Being a day late I could’ve went and bought flowers half price anywhere. Last time I will be using this place. Buyer Beware!

I called today and requested flowers for my DIL delivered within a few hours. While they told me they couldn’t promise they would try their best. The flowers were delivered well before the needed time and my DIL loves them! Such great customer service!
