I recently moved to the Sunset Beach area and Winn Dixie is my new favorite grocery store. I like the sales and the app features but what stands out the most are the employees. The younger people that work there always go above and beyond. They see that you need help and take initiative. They have looked for sale items in the back when the shelves were empty and are always willing to help. Last night one young man saw that I cut myself and volunteered to get me a bandaid from the office. The customer service in today's world isn't like it used to be but this store is different. Go for the sales, stay a customer for the staff. Pickup & delivery are also available for your convenience.
Love this store! Friendly staff and patrons. Clean, spacious aisles. Fresh seafood, vegetables and meats. Full liquor store as you enter is a bonus!
Convenient walking distance from where i live but the prices are stupid high and many of the employees here have a poor work ethic. I had to ask an employee 4 times for her help to her face while she was looking at me before she acknowledged me and then was irritated when i asked her to help me find an item . No don’t just tell me what lane it’s in, can you please help me find it and she was annoyed that i asked her to actually work with me, instead of saying sure i’d be happy to help you. Kids these days have no work ethic / be grateful you have a job, do your best while you’re there! Companies need to invest in customer service training so your employees take your brand seriously because many of them don’t and it makes me wanna travel further to go somewhere else !
Easter Sunday stopped in for a dessert. I picked out a fresh baked apple pie with caramel drizzled on it. It was still hot from the oven when I picked it up. My friends and family and I , all thought it was the best apple pie we've ever had. !
They have not stirred their food all day long. These people have absolutely no business being in the hot bar area.
This Winn-Dixie is super nice. The folks that work here are extremely helpful and cheery. We have been here several times, and every time our experience has been outstanding. The prices are great. The produce section looks good, and they even have a membership where you can save even more. This Winn-Dixie rivals Publix !
Whenever I use Winn-Dixie, especially this one in Tarpon Springs-usually have something wrong with the receipt ! Overcharged ,never purchased! Continually have to go back three or four times to straighten things out better off going to Publix
2 nice guys bagging groceries. I gave him too much money and he gave it back. Guy packed bbags was helpful too
Very nice grocery store. Well stocked with a wide variety of food and products. Very clean store. Staff was very courteous
Stop by and pick up a few things for the house I like the meats and produce they have its a good shopping experience
