For those who don't know me, my name is Joanna. I have been baking for as long as I can remember. After earning my degree in chemistry and working in pharmaceuticals for several years, I decided to follow my heart, and that led me back to the kitchen. I make many desserts including cupcakes, cakes and cookies. I also do candies and homemade chocolates. I love to make everything look great... but I will never sacrifice taste. Since my husband and children are my official taste testers, I use only ingredients I would use at home. If you don't see what your looking for, just ask.
