This place is a great environment for the whole family. There are arcade games and a recreation area free for employees and customers alike. They have an amazing slide fun for the whole family. You can look around freely and test instruments without being hassled by a high-pressure sales people. There is an amazing cafeteria with a large assortment of food and beverages. Pricing he's very reasonable and when you need help the customer service people are very comprehensive and willing to help, whenever you are ready make a purchase. You are also able to set up an account online to make orders and pick up curbside or home delivery from online.

Did not know what to expect when meeting a friend here! Very nice! Super clean, with tons of helpful employees . A nice place to eat. Soda is pretty cheap with refills all day as an option. A free arcade, a 2 story slide, and tons of table space for a gathering of people. The music store itself is superb as well with a very large variety. I'm sure I didn't see everything, but I'm sure there is something for everyone. Ps. Even free pads in the restroom for the ladies!

A must-visit for all musicians: it's the biggest music store in the country! Wish there were more employees present to assist, as well as more guitar cables they were all taken for a while, but a rigging bassist and Sweetwater employee eventually came and explained everything to a pretty good extent. Cool architecture and a nice cafe as well - great place to try out gear before you buy!

Amazing shop , huge and has vast variety of instruments and even has a used section, what I like most is how the stands are built to encourage you to try different things in the pedals section and have amps for you to plug into unlike other stores that don't let you touch anything

If you love music or are in the market for a new guitar, this place is worth the drive. Exemplary customer service every time we've been there. If it's not in the showroom, they will pull it from the warehouse for you to check out. Just wish I lived closer as I would take music lessons here.

I am old. Like 73. I have never been to Sweetwater Sound. The story starts years ago when I bought a keyboard to go with my Reason program. I am in a situation where having a real piano would be a real problem. So a few days after I got out of the Hospital after they almost killed me, I decided I did not want to wait to buy something I could play. I looked online at Youtube videos and with all the choices it was impossible to make a decision. Many years later Sweetwater comes to my mind. I had plenty of choices nearer my home in Brooklyn, NY. I just remember having a really good experience with them. I explained exactly what I was looking for and the price range. The Sales Rep gave me two options. I told him the kind of music I play and the level at which I play. He recommended with confidence the Kawaii ES 120. After our conversation and his reasons, I bought the keyboard with stand. Surprise Surprise, it arrived a few days later. First the stand he recommended was a professional grade, and very sturdy. The instrument was so amazing. My fingers danced across the keys. I was so happy. This all would get most companies 5 stars and indeed they deserve it. However the real test came when one of the keys start to stick. When I called them, I figured this was going to be the start of Hell, as they were in Indiana and I was in NYC and no service tech was going to drive 10 hours to fix one key. There was no hesitation, they replaced the instrument and will make the pickup for the broken one. This is one great company and I am so happy with my ES120. There is no wonder that you have so many positive reviews. Keep up the good work and Thank you. Thank you Ben my sales person.

I have wanted to go see Sweetwater in person for so long, and as expected, it was awesome! I order stuff from them online all the time, and even if I just order a cable or some small accessory, I can be certain a sales engineer will reach out in person after it arrives to be sure it met my needs and I have no issues. In person was no different, the synth I was interested in trying wasn't on display, but 15 minutes after I told them, they had it from the warehouse and were setting it up. Multiple sales reps stopped by to help me with questions, and were never pushy about making a sale. However, they were very knowledgeable, obviously having worked extensively with the devices they are selling. While I decided not to purchase the keyboard I went to look at, their knowledge was able to give me new options, and now I have an even better synth that will probably be my next purchase from them. Can't wait to go back!

This place is amazing. If you're into music ,if you play an instrument, or if you're just looking for an interesting guitar pick, you should definitely drop by and get the experience. It is truly one of a kind place.
