We train students from all walks of life. Some students train to become professional fighters, others train for self defense, health and fitness needs but all students are treated equal. No egos, no BS, just like minded individuals getting together to better an art and the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.

We are a 6000 square foot facility with a professional size Cage and Boxing Ring, as well as a 13 heavy bags and premium mats. We also have Showers, lounge and drink machines for your convience. Come use our gym for your own personal work out, join our group classes Mon-Fri. or schedule private lessons with our elite Coaches for that one on one attention.
BERNARD SWIFTKICK ROBINSON: Is a native of South Carolina, who has been involved in the mixed martial arts industries for over 25 years and most recently proud to announce that he is co-owner of Pound for Pound MMA and Boxing. His experience include: Former 3 time World Kickboxing Champion with record of 68-8 and 32KO's, 2 time European Mauy Thai Champion. He is the holder of 3 Guinness World Records, as well as a Third Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a Second Degree Black Belt in Karate. He also has over 40 Pro Boxing Fights and he has 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer. He is CPR/AED Certified, NDEITA, ACE, REEBOK STEP Certfied. Bernard was awarded Fighter of year 1996, 2002 and 2005 and in 2007 he received the Icon Award for most title defenses.
