Highly recommend for the price!! We love our 11’ twisty slide. The blue was a darker, better shade of blue than expected! It’s sturdy and was easy to install. We built a barndominium & made a playroom slide & ramp exit to the shop. It’s a hit for everyone who comes!! Everyone on the construction team has tried it out!
I needed a swing that would stand up to 15 degree through 100 degree temperatures. So far the swing has came through with flying colors. There's no cracking or signs of weather fatigue. My grand daughter is having a blast on it. I now plan to add a few more features to it like a disc and pull up bar. This has been a very good investment for her. Packaging and shipping was also top notch.
Nice people, however they were not able to honor their free shipping claim on their website. Be prepared to receive an email such as this: "Thank you for your order! As you know, we offer free shipping on orders over $149 on our website. In most cases we can hold to this offer, even on many large truck shipped items, however, as our shipping page disclaims, there are certain exceptions due to location and limited access when a shipping charge is required for orders over $149. I'm afraid that is the case with your order. For us to ship this Wave Slide to your location from Washington, we have to charge an additional $145 + tax if applicable."
I ordered the earth tone outdoor dome for my children a year and a half ago. They are 7 and 5 now and use it often! Our swingset fell over and broke twice so we decided to get this instead. They have been very creative with it and play on it every day during the warm months.
We built a swing set last fall and purchased swings and chain from this company. We have been very pleased with the quality of their products.
The swing set is absolutely wonderful! We installed it according to instructions, which were very clear and easy to follow. It is a massive swing set so it took a few people to get it up completely but now it is working great! Our son has autism and is 27 years old. As you can imagine, he can totally mangle a swing set made for a child, as he is 6'1" and 220 pounds. This swing set is PERFECT for him, as it meets his sensory needs without ruining the swing set or hurting others around him. First off let me say that I understand things have been crazy for playground companies with COVID. I ordered a slide on May 17th and at the time they said 3-5 weeks shipping their website posted this and I called and confirmed this before ordering. That deadline got delayed multiple times. Their customer service did stay in touch with me and let me know every time there was a delay and i appreciate that. Once the slide finally shipped, the freight company held it in their warehouse and was not sure when they would get it out. They had a scheduled delivery date of 8/5 and after bugging them multiple times they finally got it to me on 8/14. I honestly have to say that i am a little disappointed in the quality of the product 5 foot spiral slide. The pieces do not fit together very well and one of the screws will not tighten even though the head of the screw is far from the slide. With the screw unable to tighten the slide is unusable. I think this company has great customer service, I am just very disappointed in the product. I have reached out to them with my concerns and will update this with their response. UPDATE: They recommended that I reach out to the supplier to troubleshoot. I reached out to the supplier and they were very easy to work with. Without question, they decided to send me a new section of the slide for the piece that was not fitting. It did take another 1.5 weeks for this to come but once it showed up it fit very well and the slide fits together much better. I updated my review to 4 stars because they do have good customer service and after getting a new piece, the slide does fit together now. The shipping time and bad shipping company are the reason I am removing a star. Initial order was May 17th and I got the final working product on September 1st.
I have been very happy with this company! I bought swings for a playset that I built for our kids, they were great quality and the prices were fair. When it was time to help build a playset for my church I called and talked to a customer service rep who was very helpful in choosing the slides that would be the best fit for our application. I will definitely buy from them again! Great company to work with.
Shipping was very expensive. I returned the item and I need to pay for the return too. In total, shopping cost me $40. That was ridiculous!!! They don’t have return label. You need a printer to printer their address. Return policy for this company is way far from market standards. It was very inconvenient and very expensive! I will never use this company and not recommend it all. I’m disappointed!
Seriously do not buy from this company. My experience was awful. First i placed two separate orders they were shipped to a different person in a different state. 3 weeks later i receive the shipment and they dumped both orders into the same box. I had to literally go through and separate all the parts and try to match them up to the 2 orders. I called to complain and they would give me no compensation. HOW they are still in business with this kind of customer service is beyond me.
