We believe: Children need a safe, clean, positive and disciplined environment in which they feel valued and successful. High expectations that promote decision-making and critical thinking skills relate to high achievement and a lifetime of learning. All children are capable of learning when instruction is data-driven, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Parents and community members should be informed, involved, and welcomed in the school. The commitment to continuous professional development is imperative if our school is going to engage students to become confident, self-directed, literate life-long learners.
