I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could but it only gives you 5. Brooke is an amazing person she has helped with so much since I stared living here. It’s only been one year, but I have had a remarkable experience. Ally and Jessica will always help the best they can. They are the front desk workers that can only help so much. The only complaint I ever had was parking which Brooke did help me understand that there are still open apartments in building 10 where people have moved in. Brook has always helped out with anything I have ever needed even if it’s to just chat about the simple thing. I always love coming in and seeing the girls smiles and having small chats with them they are so sweet and caring. Sycamore Landing is by far the best places I have lived. Keep thriving girls you got this.
I am planning on downsizing in the new future - and read the great reviews on the website. I had talked to Brooke and she was extremely helpful!!! I had a million questions and she answered each one - - I never felt rushed...I have a cat and she explained the rules for pets as well. I do now plan on making this my forever home in the near future. Brooke deserves the 5 stars and I would suggest a raise too LOL. Thank you again!!!
Brooke is the best she helps you out when ever you need it. She always informing us about anything regarding the complex. Always pleasant and very informative. The complex is beautiful and my family and I feel very safe living here. And the concierge staff. Is so polite, maintenance guys too thank you to all the staff here in this complex.
When I moved in here I was supposed to get a first floor apartment.i am handicapped. We are presidently onthe 2 floor with 18 steps. I have a them my disability permit and a note from my doctor it will be 4 yrs and still don't have a first my xwife is 70 yrs old try carrying water to the 2nd floor in these conditions. We can't even decorate our deck for hollidays.the parking sucks.not enough.iv heard of person moving in in building nine on the first floor here We are on the 2nd floor.when I took my complaint to lenora she told me if I didn't like move out t!!!!!!!! BROOK SHOULD BE IN CHARGE SHE IS A WODERFUL AND POLITE PERSON. the whole office staff are wonderful.
Living at Sycamore Landing is such a pleasant experience to say the least. I feel safe with my family, trust my neighbors, the staff and I can’t get enough of the luxurious amenities at this resort-style community. Ranging from the pool, theater room, billiards, 24-hour fitness center, business center, conference rooms and playground to the trails for exercise, continental breakfasts and my daily hot chocolate runs to the clubhouse that the leasing consultants especially Ally can attest to, I truly feel welcomed here. Shelby is always smiling and Brooke I know I can always count on to get the job done. I also can’t get over the spectacular views of the hills/valleys in the region from the apartments. This community has a competitive advantage over any other community in the immediate Phillipsburg area because of their excellent service, maintenance efficiency and location literally right on US-22, making it part of the more desirable Lopatcong Township. The location allows for easy access to anywhere in New Jersey, NYC, the Lehigh Valley, Poconos and Philadelphia. I would highly recommend Sycamore Landing to anyone looking to move to the area. You will not be disappointed.
Beware of extreme moving out fees from your security deposit from edgewood property company at Sycamore landing. Before moving out on April 2023, I went to the leasing office to find out an estimate on cost for moving out since there were nail holes from hanging pictures and curtain rods. It was communicated if the holes per spackle they will only need to paint that area only but no estimate was given. I left the apartment in a immaculate state. I spackle and cleaned everything. Communication and transparency is lacking within this organization. Had to call several times to try to get information about the cost and when it would be available. I never received the information. One month after moving out I received a check for my security deposit and a list of fees charges for damages to the wall and for carpet cleaning. It total around 1,200. When I contacted to dispute the cost it was an ending process and only to find out they believe the cost was reasonable. They stated if the apartment was not left exactly how it was when you moved it they will charge a fee. So in other words you can live in the apartment but not have any curtains up, any wall art mounted, or have any wear on the apartment while living there for a year or more. Don't even think of painting the spackle areas yourself because they said they will charge more because it was done. Because of this experience I will not recommend this apartment company. Living at Sycamore landing was pleasant but you pay amenity fee of $400 per year and rent is increase a few hundred a year. All I can say is moving out became a nightmare and wouldn't want that for anyone.
Brooke is so sweet and efficient….. She was so helpful , answering all my questions etc…I could go on and on… she’s the best
We have lived here for a year now and have had only positive experiences. Both maintenance and leasing staff have been great to work with.
1 bedroom Nice place. Parking areas are very well lit. Balconies are small, barely big enough for 2 chairs. Apartments are nice with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Floors are easy to clean. Not a lot of overhead lighting, more so rely on lamps. Kitchens are small but usable. A community gym, pool, and recreational room are available to all tenants and a small outdoor playground.
I live here and i never really had an issue. The Consciers are very lovely and i enjoy my time talking to them. This is a very quiet place and theres plenty to so here!
