We took Daisy Donut to a new groomer today  because we needed a last second haircut and wash. Donna was her groomer and did a fabulous job! Thank you for working us into the schedule!

This was the first time leaving our 3-year-old GSD for 2 days. She seemed  to have enjoyed it there, but she was happy that family was back. The staff was pleasant and reassured that all went well. I will use their service again.

A while back, my girlfriend dropped her kitty off for the day here and when the kitty was picked up he had clearly never been taken out of his carrier. Their reason was that he "didn't have all of his shots" when he actually did but it was under a different name. He also supposedly wasn't in their system so they supposedly didn't know who he was, but his paperwork was on the desk and they just never put it in.  The kitty ended up traumatized and clearly had separation anxiety from this, it also caused some distress between my girlfriend and the kitty as he didn't trust her for a lil bit after.  I don't recommend using this spa for boarding as there are clearly issues with how they handle not just pets but their documentation as well. Poses a safety risk for pets who might have specific needs.

We have taken our dog, Bob, to Sydney's for playtime, boarding and grooming. He can hardly wait to get there and scratches at their door if I am not quick to open it. He has been boarded and they have managed his rather complicated medicines perfectly. The groomer does a great job. I recommend them highly. He has been going for 6 years.

We specifically told them twice not to cut our Irish wolfhounds hair, she is extremely calm and previous groomers said she sits there and does not cause any problems and the only reason someone would cut her hair is if they were lazy. When I showed back up to pick her up she had been nearly shaved.

Great Environment, Friendly Staff, Easy to get appointments, even last minute. I use Stephani and she is Amazing. When I have been to other groomers in the past, my dog was always super tired and withdrawn. I always thought that was normal, but when I pick him up from Sydney's he is full of energy, playful and happy. I think it is due to the exceptional service, it feels like its not just a haircut but they treat the dogs with care and kindness! I have boarded before as well, and it was an great experience!
