Natalie was amazing... she took all the time needed to assess me, my body, and all the ailments I went to her with. I went with feet joint issues, and right before going to my initial assessment with her, threw my back out. She was able to identify how all these issues were somehow linked and begin treating me to provide relief of the main issues I came to her for. She is a committed and VERY competent professional that provided me with the tools and resources to begin addressing my physical pain. I saw her in CA - even though I live out on the east coast my friend highly recommended her to me, and If I ever have another serious kinesthetic issue, I will definitely be going back to her!!

About 2 years ago I started going to Pilates trainer by Deb Nichol on the reformer and then later on started going to PT here. I had neck and back pain due to scoliosis, pregnancy and leading a busy lifestyle working as a real estate professional with two very young children. This isn’t the typical PT office. It’s one on one with a PhD physical therapist who does ultrasound and laser in addition to hands on work. Natalie Sampson and Amy O. Do red cord training with me which has helped my neck pain go away strengthening my neck and improving my posture too. I highly recommend Symmetry Pilates and PT.
