Meet Dr. McGrew

Dr. McGrew is a native of West Virginia and attended the West Virginia University School of Dentistry for both dental school and post-graduate endodontic residency. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1995 and his Master’s Degree in Endodontics in 1997. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. McGrew began his clinical endodontic practice in Teays Valley, West Virginia and after 14 years relocated to Charleston, SC to practice for five years./p>
Dr. McGrew is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the South Carolina Dental Association. Following his passion for endodontics he lectures throughout the United States teaching dentists and dental students various endodontic topics in the clinical and academic settings. Dr. McGrew firmly believes the utilization of cutting edge technology is critical to delivering the highest quality of care to his patients.
Outside of practicing endodontics, Dr. McGrew enjoys spending time with his wife Sherri and their four children Isaiah, Hannah, Micah and Selah mainly as a spectator at their sporting events. They are a boating family that loves to fish both in and off of the shores of the low country. The McGrew family also enjoys traveling and exploring new places and having new experiences.
