Synergy Home Health

I just got up with SYNERGY HomeCare again, to let them know how bad the services I RECEIVED from this company. I am a 100% disable veteran and I have received the worst service I have EVER received. I ask when I could talk with the owner and was told BY BETTY the office manager, she had no idea. I then ask well this week, or next week, but she just couldn't say. MY advice to you is don't waste your time and hard-earned money with this company. The service I received from the office was atrocious and I am dumbfounded. This service is subpar at best in my humble opinion.

We had a great experience with Synergy staff when planning care for our mother. Her caregiver, Jenny, was kind and patient with her and helped her be as independent as possible. I live out of town so it was great to know we had someone taking care of mom that we could always count on.

Heaven forbids your family member has to go to the hospital. It’s like pulling teeth for them to return into the home. Synergy likes to reassign your assigned caregiver randomly. Caregivers themselves are nice. But synergy itself sucks. Would not recommend

I know the owner, Dale Dalbey, personally. This company will go above and beyond to service our seniors. Dale and his team do things the right way with great compassion and care. No doubt about it, this is the best HomeCare company in the FL Panhandle!
