If you are reading these reviews, it means that you find yourself in the very difficult and unenviable position of having someone you love who can't take care of themselves anymore, and you don't have the ability or capacity to do it yourself. For that, I am deeply sorry because I remember when we started down this road four years ago for my mother, who was three years into battling ALS, was starting to struggle, and didn't want to leave her own home. Finding people to help with something so important and personal, that requires so much trust was tremendously daunting. At first, I wanted to find a full-time, live-in aide, so we started with Synergy for what we thought would be a temporary solution. I have to say that Vish Rajan put together such a consistently caring and professional team that we stuck with Synergy for four years until my mom passed away last week. The aides were excellent, literally staying with my mother around that clock and learning with and from her as her abilities further changed. She grew to depend upon and love them. Members of my family were there every day, and the aides became part of our extended family. On the rare occasions when someone couldn't come, Vish found coverage immediately, and once or twice we had an aide that we didn't think was a great fit, Vish proactively found great replacements. To be clear, this was not an ever-changing cast, Vish was excellent at identifying a team that was long-serving and dedicated. I can't name them all, and don't want to offend by leaving anyone out, but it is worth noting that Daphne and Edmonde in particular were exceptional. My mother was dealt a very difficult hand and her strongest wish was that she be able to live the rest of her life in her own home, on her terms. It is no exaggeration that we could not have achieved that without Vish, Daphne, Edmonde and the team at Synergy, and for that I am eternally grateful.
I wanted to take a moment to compliment Vish and the Synergy team. Vish was extremely professional coming to my home to go over the program. He was extremely attentive answering his cell phone if there were any situations. Most important, his aides were caring and responsive. They helped my mom when needed and even attended her funeral when it was her time. Thank you Vish for making mom's last year with us a special time and allowing her to have her independence in her own home until the end. I highly recommend this service.
I cannot rave enough about this Synergy location. I spoke to Vish the owner directly and his compassion, patience, and helpfulness extended throughout his entire agency. Both the staff and caregiver Florence made my mom feel so taken care of. Their concern for her well being and happiness was overwhelming. Both my sister and I live in other states and it was reassuring to know that my mom was content and well cared for. Thank you so much for putting all of our minds at rest. Hopefully when my mom returns to Florida this winter we will rekindle our relationship again. Thank you!!!
My Mom is 95 YO. We have been using Synergy Delray Beach for approximately 5 + years. Mom has 24/7 care now and we have been very happy with the service by Vish and Amy. Very capable people running the show and quick to respond to our concerns. We have virtually no turover with staff and that is very important for Mom's advanced years especially during these Covid times. Thanks Synergy!!
I am very pleased with the service by Vish and his team of home aides. I live across the country and Vish was always attentive to my folks and to me when I had a question. Anxiety about elderly parents living across the country was less due to Synergy and Vish's professionalism. I highly recommend them!
